Only the location Everything looked a bit old. Room had no bathrobe, no sleepers, no tooth kit which is a must for 4 stars hotel.

Location. Not our first time there. It used to be superior by far. I do command the staff for keeping our day of keys and an expensive Montblanc fountain pen we forgot in the safe. No bed sheet to cover yourself. Very Small room.

Great stay! The room was clean and well maintained. Staff was really helpful. I made a mistake on the dates and they quickly solved it for us. Location is great as well, just a couple of blocks away from the arch the triumph and a lot of restaurants options.

Let me make sure I give credit where credit is due. The staff is amazing. The guy who worked at the front desk was amazing. Our room was NASTY as HELL. The carpet looked like It should have been replaced 10 years ago. Stains all different colors. the shower was DIRTY and had BLACK MOLD in it. It also was CLOGGED. I stopped my shower 3 times to let the water go down. I had to clean the tub for my 4 year old to take a bath cause there were bugs in the tub. Unacceptable for any hotel. When we called the front desk, he said sorry the cleaners should have done better. We can talk to them tomorrow. Maybe they forgot. I'm sorry, sir, this room is €317 a night, and they forgot to clean my room. Our 3 night stay went to 1 night. Checked out asap. I will never stay there again, just on the cleanliness. I DO T KNOW WHY BOOKING IS GIVING THEM A 4.0 AFTER MY REVIEW. IDE GIVE THEM A 2.0 HONESTLY. THEY IS WHY I THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD PLACE. BOOKING AND THEAE FAKE SCORES. JEEZ

Familiarity. Location. Excellent bathroom linens. Personnel Restaurant space gets crammed during breakfast. Rooms could be a bit more spacious for the tariff charged.
