Staff were very helpful and friendly! Nothing was too much trouble. Little touches like water, ice and sweets were very good. I believe this may have been a blip however our room had to be changed due to somebody else’s hairs in and around the bath. The lady on reception did not appear to believe me at first due to her having such high expectations of the cleaning staff,

Had such a pleasant stay in this hotel, made all the better by the lovely people who work there. It’s a clean, comfortable, and well-located boutique hotel with a super friendly and helpful team. And the complementary sparkling water is a nice touch!
