Exceptional

The room was clean enough The hotel double charged me for my room and has been reluctant to respond to my requests for a refund. They charged me a cancellation fee even though I stayed at the property the day I had booked. Avoid !

Good located No air conditioning and the days were extremely warm

Beds were very comfortable, staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The 24 hour front desk was very helpful. Great location, close to some very good bars and restaurants, and not far from Gare de Lyon.

We liked the location of the hotel since it has a metro station nearby and a variety of restaurants. The room and the bathroom were so small that it made it uncomfortable even for a two-person stay. Also, the hotel doesn't have A/C, and although they provided a small fan, it wasn't enough to cool the room.

Convenient location for Gare de Lyon

Environmentally conscious Not much at all but if I had to say anything, the bathroom is small but they can't do anything about that so nothing really!

It was clean and had a cute atmosphere. The location was pretty good in a nice quiet area close to the metro. It was so hot and the little fan they had in the room didn’t rotate so we were quite hot throughout our time there. Having no AC really does matter after several full days of adventuring and trekking around only to come back to your resting place and sweat more.

Quaint little hotel, great location near Gare de lyon, nice for a brief city stopover before heading to Disney Paris. room very hot, fans provided not that effective in the summer heat. Would stay again if I need to be in that area, just not in the summer time.

Location My room on the 5th floor was very, very hot. We could not sleep till 1 AM

Advance communications were very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants etc. (Cantine Diderot was just what I needed!) and with some complications with my arrival time as my incoming train was delayed. Location is very convenient for Gare de Lyon. I had the €5 mini breakfast which was a bit basic, but all I really needed. Paris was experiencing a heatwave when I visited and non-air conditioned room was very hot.

Clean an conveniently located near the station No AC. Room a bit too poorly equipped and needing a bit of a refresh. No shower hanger.

Did the job I didn’t like being charge extra for the orange juice at the breakfast. You would expect a fruit juice in a 10 Euro continental breakfast. So if the orange juice wasn’t included in the breakfast, then it shouldn’t have been placed in the middle of the breakfast things. It’s the only thing that went wrong in the holiday to France.
