Hotel au coeur des Arts et Metiers

Location was good. It had the bare basics. There was black mold in our room and when we told the staff about it, they didn’t care and were dismissive. We were uncomfortable staying there so we left 5 days early. We contacted the manager about getting a partial refund but they lied to us about their ability to do that. We had talked with a rep from Booking.com beforehand and they told us that the hotel management had the power to sign off on a refund but the manager refused and lied to us. Also the room was so small, we couldn’t fully open any of our suitcases.

Exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to help us in a time of need. The AC blasted in 100+ degree heat. Quiet as well. Elevator was also great. Thank you and we felt lucky to stumble upon this gem of a place!

This hotel was lovely! We booked very last-minute and the wonderful woman staffing the hotel solo on Sunday evening had to make up the room and she did an honestly amazing job. It was clean, well put together, the amenities were great, and the beds were comfortable. Absolutely would recommend again! I wish we'd booked it for longer, especially given the air conditioning (a bonus during this summer's absurd heat waves).

So clean and location was central. Front desk was 24 hours.

Central location in Paris. Good choice of breakfast. Handy for a one night stay, only to get to bed. Beds quite comfortable. Rooms are very small, bathroom even more. Never saw such a small sink, and though I'm a skinny guy, could barely move in the shower. The pictures aren't quite what you get.

beautiful in all aspects! lovely common spaces full of art in aesthetically pleasing ways. the staff could not have been nicer and more helpful! our room was charming, spacious, with great amenities and amazing views of rooftops! nothing!

It was located on a sidestreet with design shops and small high end restaurant and cafes nearby. Close to arts and metier subway stop. Close to wonderful boukangeries, restaurants and boutique stores. We found it quiet at night even though we were on the floor facing the street. Staff were very nice and helpful. The reception area and rooms were small. But that's the nature of a small hotel.

Weather was cold . I wish if we were allowed the increase the heating temperature.

Didn't have breakfast. Receptionist was friendly. Room was clean and up to date. Great value for Paris! The bed was a little hard.
