The location is amazing The reception is a mess, the receptionists were fighting, They don’t have computer data base, filing system, the office chairs in the rooms are torn, how is this hotel still online, please get them checked lol

No A/C, the toilet have smells
-
Bad maintenance of lobby, room and "bathroom". Pictures on booking where a bit misleading!!

Centrally located without being too touristy. Renovated bathroom! No A/C, I was on fourth floor so it was really hot during Paris heatwave. Staff was fine but nothing to write home about. The room was dirty. Crumbs on the bedroom floor. And a moldy fan. So expensive for what you got, even for a “affordable” option.

Location broken chair, towels with stains , toilet stall in room

Location was great! And there was an option of early check in. It’s nothing like on the photos. The room was dirty, tiny and everything was falling apart. Sheets had a strong smell of body odor. Additionally, it was very loud for the majority of the night. I was staying there for only one night, so I was fine, but I wouldn’t want to stay there longer than that.

This hotel is perfect to enjoy Paris. The location is unbelievable ? It’s pretty modest. Comfortable and clean

We were really looking for an affordable hotel in Paris and found this one. Despite some mixed reviews, I trusted my instincts since we’d only be sleeping there. It totally exceeded my low expectations! Our room had a balcony with a lovely view, which I absolutely loved. The location was great, and all the staff were kind, helpful, and really welcoming, so overall, we had a wonderful stay. Not much to say really — maybe the bathroom is a bit old and the facilities are basic, but it’s okay. It’s Paris!

I didn't realize breakfast was included. I saw a sign for it, but didn't realize it was included. The location was great, and the people were nice. It was helpful that I could store my luggage before and after checkout. I appreciate that this was what it costs, (100 Euros), for any kind of room in this neighborhood in June. Great that there was a fan. The room was a little tacky, floor was uneven and creaky. There was only a large towel, not small one for face. It was very basic.

Aircon bad. Dark area.

The location The small balcony Not so clean No shower in the room

We were devastated to discover that the hotel staff had stolen from us both out of the hotel room and from our bags when we asked them to watch them on our last day. This was a terrible experience and I highly discourage anyone from booking with them. Location was nice AC was not working.

Absolutely nothing Absolutely everything. We honestly think this is an abandoned building that is scamming and showcasing as a hotel. This needs to be taken off of booking.com immediately.
