My stay itself was fine, but after checkout I was unable to get an invoice. I submitted multiple requests to Hotiday and received no response. I then contacted Booking.com, and their support team also attempted to contact Hotiday on my behalf. Despite repeated requests from both me and Booking.com, I still did not receive an invoice or any response at all. The complete lack of communication and post-stay support has been extremely frustrating and is extremely unprofessional. If you are traveling for business, pls avoid this one.

The location was fine The hotel name in booking is different from the name outside, some kind of a room rental inside an existing hotel. The check in is awful! I registered my wife as the guest while I made the booking, they didn't let her check in until we had to send them again the confirmation from booking, took 25 minutes!!! The room is very small and not so clean, no coffee machine.

Location staff wifi cleanless and super comfy bed . Big thank you to Mehdi at reception ,he is really amazing. The basic stuff they put in the fridge are not free .

Location is good No tooth brush set provided on the first day until further request. The area is noisy in early morning (6am) everyday during collection of waste on street

Comfortable beds. Free afternoon coffee and tea every day! Not clean. (Coffee?)stains on the wall and weird smell in the bathroom. Weird construction where Hotiday rents out rooms in other hotels? First thought was that we were scammed. Staff was arguing with other clients for hours when we were ready to leave the hotel.

I had a little inconvenience after booking. There is no mention of a deposit anywhere on the booking, I received the message only after I made the reservation. I waited for answers and sent messages and called on the phone... In the end, everything ended well, thank you.
