Well connected, very helpful staff, the café and the bar!

The hostel is located in a lively neighbourhood, at 5 minutes walking distance from the Metro, or about 15 minutes from Gare du Nord. Staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and big enough. Breakfast, although not copious, is varied and sufficient. And they have a nice bar right at the entrance, which facilitates socialising. Confusion with the card key, that also was to be used for electricity. It would have been easier if at least the bedlights were separate from the main system.

Super loud music playing all night long. None of us could sleep. It ended at about 3AM. Very disappointed.

Great staff, very pleasant and helpful people. Possibility to let your luggage there if coming before checkin time. Large room. Lively and bustling neighbourhood Located a little bit far away from the tube station if you have heavy luggage. Bad outdoor windows noise isolation for new material

No soap in the room. Some staff were rude and overcharged for items. Corridors for rooms were very loud at times during the middle of the night even though there's signs to be quiet. Rooms very warm through the night, have to open windows but noise from outside was loud.

Nothing it's just a crowded place, you have to wait minutes even for a toilet It's a crowded place, the bathrooms are dirty, there is a lot of hair in the sink, in the shower, they don't clean daily. The staff are old grunchy people, you have to pay 5€ just to have a cup of hot water to soak your tisane in. It's crowded because it's cheap... unfortunately

The staff of the hotel is not well professional There’s no disciplined the Security i ask his name was Mohamed or Ahmed not remember well but I don’t liked how they treated me also I saw some clients do as same to me

It’s only 20-25 mins train ride to majority of the tourist attractions. The staff was friendly. We arrived way before check in time, but there is a room where you can leave your luggage. There are also lockers inside the room, so for only 2€ you can wander around the city stress free. The beds are comfy and the room is clean. The amenities in the room are simple, but I’d say great value for money. We didn’t expect more, so we were satisfied with our stay. Have in mind they don’t offer towels in the room, so bring your own. The shower in the room doesn’t even have a handle, which makes it challenging to just take a body shower without washing your hair. There was a smell in the bathrooms and in the hallways in general was a weird smell (I guess it was also coming from the bathrooms). We would’ve also appreciated to have been informed there were no towels. The location itself felt quite safe, but the walk to the train station (Le Chapelle) didn’t make us feel very safe (we are two women). An alternative option (which felt way safer) is taking the metro 14, as the walk to the train station felt safer. Also, there is a possibility to get there by bus (only 5-6 mins walk to the bus station).

It was a cool place around some sketchy streets but overall good for the price not around anything that looked touristy

The building wise new building and cool Nothing special

We had a very good family room with our own shower and toilet. We also had beautiful balcony I reserved a room with breakfast but breakfast was extremely limited in options. There were only three choices of bread, plain yogurt, some fruit and very bad tasting coffee. I am gluten free and typically I get at least eggs and cheese at the hotels for breakfast, so I would recommend adding some boiled eggs and cheese to the breakfast

No private toilet and kitchen, late check in, No free towel

The shower is cold and comes in short bursts. The location is pretty far away, not in the best neighbourhood

1-They dont give a padlock and if you want one you buy it with double price. 2-Breakfast is very poor

How noisy it is at night when people are trying to sleep. And you would think the staff would come upstairs and try to get people to quiet down because on the sign in all the rooms are the quiet hours and floors but that was far from true.
