Not applicable Terrible Experience. Couldn't sleep for 3 nights. Room was very small. Location was very noisy. People were shouting and screaming all night; police sirens and noise. No proper duvet and pillow. Towels were stains. No air con as well as no fan. The room was very hot and humid. No lift, had to walk 4th floor. Room service is just changing the towel. Water leaking through shower door. They did not clean it. Broken wardrobe and dirty drawers. Dirty table and chairs. Television wire hanging out.

Very clean, the room I got was surprisingly large for a single room. Great location close to the metro and railways, nice staff. Toilets are between floors in the stairway, so you have to climb half a floor of stairs each time you go. Shower doesn't have a holder for soap/shower gel bottle. A little bit overpriced (I did book last minute though, and I've seen it earlier for a bit cheaper which price would be closer to fair).

Value for money - very cheap for 4 nights, surprisingly i had my own shower and bathroom which i didn’t expect, all functioning well expect for a few problems with the sink which i came back to one day and it was fixed - towels were made every day and pretty much just got by. Rough area for new travellers, noisy - not very comfy bed.

The staff at the reception was amazing. We could even store our luggage there for free after we checked out. The room was very clean. We had a private bathroom, but the shared ones were also very clean at all times we had a look. Location is also perfect, as you are only a few minutes away from a nearby metro station. It’s not the most silent area, but it wasn’t too noisy at night.

Close to metro station The room has no aircond, we were boiling in the summer heat. The surrounding area feels unsafe. Room is cramped.

Good shower, friendly staff. In a vibrant part of the city with easy transport links, e.g the 38 bus goes directly to Notre Dame passing the Gare du Nord & the Gare de l'Est Very noisy outside through the night. Might have been ok with closed windows but it was 34 deg and the room was very hot.
