Convienant to local transport . Comfy bed and sofa bed. All the facilities you need . It was nice to arrive and have some coffee and chocolate which was left for us and a loaf of bread . Good communication with host

The location is fantastic; the subway, tram, and bus are all very close by. The apartment is charmingly furnished and very cozy. The host had provided coffee pods, tea, toast, jam, chocolate, and crackers for our initial hunger pangs – a very thoughtful touch. Good Wi-Fi is available, the key handover was very convenient, and the great flexibility regarding parking and the garage key on the day of departure was simply amazing – thank you so much! loved it all

The apartment accommodated 4 people, looked reasonably clean, and had various transportation options nearby, as well as direct access to the most relevant attractions. The host was helpful, nice and provided detailed check-in instructions. Unfortunately, the photos didn't match the apartment; we signed for a more traditional one with typical features, and the one we stayed in was a standard, regular, however renovated one.

Love the area and the convience of being close to the metro. It is good value for the money. I didn't figure out how to use the main shower head untill the last night. Dummy me. it is great. As a bonus, there plenty of hot -really hot- water. Plenty of towels, kitchen nicely stocked. Great washing machine. Elevator to the 7th floor was very nice. Lots of good, really good restaurants close. I never felt unsafe, I did in one place -not here Smelled a bit musty until we opened the windows. And it aired out nicely. When you come to Paris, Don't expect to get a US size apartment. It doesn't work that way, but having a queen size bed was a real plus. The hand held shower head is almost totally clogged. Shower stall is tiny for a full size guy like me.

The apartment was quiet, in a good location, and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The floor and stove had not been cleaned properly, the mattress was old and sagging with noisy springs, and the toilet area was very small.

Easy check in, in a safe-feeling part of town (which was nice as we checked in after midnight due to delays). Host was really responsive and helpful. The sofa bed is what you'd expect - a sofa bed, so not the most comfortable but doable for a few nights. I'd recommend the place for 2-3 people but imagine 4 would be a real squeeze.

The location was very good for all transport The shower wasn't very good at all and not very clean, needs some updating property was very small, ok for 2. Bed wasn't very comfortable. You can feel the springs in the mattress. The wardrobe door was missing, and air-conditioning was very loud .

It had literally everything you would need in an apartment. Good connections to public transportation as well. The couch bed while comfortable it is quite squeaky and loud, it would need some WD40 or some sorts.

Booking.com was helpful I booked this apartment quite early and got a good deal on it, however, not long before my family was supposed to arrive the host cancelled my booking and said they had been robbed. I can neither deny nor confirm this, but I do know the prices in the area went up x3 from the time I booked to the time I was supposed to stay. I also did not get a refund from the host, it took months before I did and in the end booking.com had to refund me. It was a stressful experience having to find new accomodations last minute.

Amazing location- right at bus stop. good value for money, amazing owners Kitchen didn’t have shutter , so children sleeping in the living room got early light. It could have been a bit cleaner.

It was tiny, the pressure was poor, the shower head was broken, and sometimes went cold. This alone made the stay a lot less comfortable. Toilet doesn't have a sink which feels unhygienic and is inconvenient as we have to use either the kitchen or shower room sink. Kitchen sink sprays water everywhere and is annoying to use. The lift to the apartment is tiny, which wasn't a huge problem for us but uncomfortable. Some people may not be able to fit inside it.

Perfect location for the convention center! Charming apartment making you feel like a true „Parisienne“.

A decent apartment, conveniently located, suitable for a family of three. Convenient location, close to the metro, and easy to reach popular places. The sofa is not very comfortable, the water in the kitchen sink drains poorly, and the apartment was not cleaned very well before our check-in.
