Very nice location and the facility was clean. Staff was friendly. The toilet was in a very small space and we found it uncomfortable.

I needed a place near the US Embassy that wasn't too expensive. This hotel worked out OK.

When there were small problems, the staff was incredibly responsive.

Location is good. The bed and towel was clean. The interior is dated, the carpet is turning black and seems like there is small amounts of mold growing near the bathroom door. The room is very small, with no space to open large luggages. The shower door also had gaps which leaks water into the rest of the bathroom, creating a puddle every time.

The location was excellent, about a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, with many charming cafés and shops nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the balcony, which made our stay even more pleasant. Housekeeping was great, with fresh linens provided daily. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Nothing significant. Everything was great during our stay.

The location was great. The room carpet needed to be replace since it was dirty and had a lot of stains on it.

Close to Eiffel Tower, with escalator. They also provide small treats throughout the day. The room is too small, and not too clean. Some staffs did not have good attitude to us. There are noises from neighbours.

The location couldn’t be beat- walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and so may sites. The room was clean (except carpet) and the bed was comfortable. The carpet in our room was horrible- stained with cigarette and food, completely worn out and discolored. The leather headboard and bedskirt on the bed were also stained and dirty. The rest of the room was exceptionally clean though.

The room is tiny and the doors to the bathroom, shower and toilette were really impractical (something like a trapdoor mirror). The AC was horrible, it was winter but inside the room was like a horrible summer. Aside from Ugo every receptionist wasn't really friendly.

The location is truly excellent, and the staff are very friendly. In general, the main issue was the excessive noise coming from the street. It honestly felt as if the windows were open at night, given how clearly everything from outside could be heard. Also, there should be water glasses available in the room.

Location was great, in walking distance to many things. Room while smaller than American hotels it was perfect size. Enjoyed everything about it. Only items that was a downside was the smell that came from the drain. We had to cover it at night but it was a typical thing i smelled everywhere we visited in Paris. I am a little more sensitive to it.
