Air conditioning is good, location is great near République Room very cramped. Breakfast pretty basic. Lift wasn’t working. Not great value for the price, even in Paris.

Very warm pre and arrival welcomes. The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy with staff always willing to help with any queries. The hotel breakfast was wonderful with the food and dining area very well kept.

Beautiful, stylish, efficient and well-equipped hotel with a particularly wonderful lobby, hospitably and attentive staff, and central location. My stay was excellent, and I'd highly recommend. No comment.

The location is excellent. The immediate street doesn’t seem very interesting, but as you turn the corner, it is the hotpot of coolness. The best coffee, Mamiche bakery, restaurants and small boutiques. I was with my toddler alone as my sister and her daughter couldn’t travel due to the flu. And I walked everywhere - to le Marais, Picasso Museum, the canal, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked the biggest room on 5th floor as needed space for cot, so if you want more space, book there. One particular thing I want to say is a huge thank you to the hotel manager. He truly made me feel looked after because he saw I was alone with a child in a foreign city. I had an incident with a crazy man in a shop that sells semi-precious beads. He basically couldn’t adjust my bracelets correctly and wouldn’t give my money back. So the hotel manager took the time to walk there himself and got me my refund! Honestly - such a good man. He takes pride in what he does and customer satisfaction is his priority. I think overall it’s a great value for money, amazing spot, particularly if you want to walk and have things to do on your door step, and honestly the manager will sort it all out for you if there is an issue. I’m really grateful!! ☺️
