Very clean, very nice decor. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Titouan. We had trouble getting our Uber in the morning to the train station. Titouan made a phone call bs arranged a taxi service within 10 minutes. He also waited outside for the taxi for us. Thanks to Titouan, we made it to our train in time. We have to haul our luggages to the upstairs apartment.

Shower was spacious.

Very nice staff. Breakfast for 10$ was pricey but decent. Cute street with a good Italian place across the street. 1. It was a fire hazard. Bars in windows, only 1 route out. 2. Cleaning staff put a bag of food on top of clothing in a suitcase and we returned to ants throughout the suitcase and clothes. 3. No ventilation, very stuffy and shower filled room with humidity. 4. Zero, horrible view out tiny tiny windows. 5. Mattresses so u comfortable. 6. No room for suitcases. 7. No disability access. Had to climb 3 flights of stairs that were curved and steep, kind of dangerous. 8. No real access to water except bathroom sink - had to pay for water.

Nice breakfast. Was a bit noisy on the street outside but anyway it’s in central Paris so what can I expect.

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean and biggest plus is staying in the centre of Paris

The toilet should have been in the room where the sink and shower was. The toilet was in another section in the room. Hotel did not offer free breakfast.

Very clean, comfortable & excellent customer service Stairs. Wish there's a lift or elevator for our luggage.

Nice bathroom and comfortable queen bed. Very clean. The hotel staff was fantastic! The hotel kept our bags after check-out so that we could continue touring the city - very appreciative of this! The hotel was easily reachable by at least two trainlines. There were several restaurants nearby, and a grocery store down the street. The Bookings.com website shows the quadruple room as a queen and two twins, or four twins. When we got there, we had queen and a fold-out couch. We were travelling with our 6'4" boys and purposely didn't book any hotels with fold-out couches based on a previous trip. Unfortunately, the hotel wasn't able to accommodate any changes on such short notice. This was disappointing to me after doing a lot of research leading up to the trip. Not the hotel's fault. I would recommend updating the website please.

Room was really small
-
Room was clean and hotel is close to everywhere

The location was good, fairly central but in a relatively quiet street. There were restaurants and cafés around. The hotel was fine for the price, I guess. The room was really small, which is not really a problem for me but might be for others. Same applies to the elevator and the halls.
-
Great location due to proximity to subway. Breakfast was very nice. Room was small, as is typical in older European hotels, but clean. Nothing.
-
The room was small, but super clean with comfortable beds and lots of cushions. 24/7 reception. Perfect for its price for a 1 night stay.
-
Great location & the view from the room of the Eiffel Tower was 10000/10?!!!!! The staff was beautiful and the heater and hot water worked great!

Location is okay although it's a 6 to 8 minute walk to the Metro. It's in an area with some restaurants, although they tend to be not very busy and okay at best Hotel sprays each room with a nasty synthetic perfume. Essentially contaminating the room with a febreze like toxic odor. I found it extremely obnoxious. I had to ask the cleaning staff not to spray my room. There's nothing like coming into a room which probably has a particulate toxic load 20 times higher than the street because they spray it with a petroleum-based aerosol perfume that smells nasty. I mean at least if you're going to spray at least use something natural like lemon oil rather than completely synthetic fake cologne-like smell

The woman at the reception was very disinterested and unfriendly. The room overlooks the avenue and it was noisy. Furthermore, the walls are quite thin and you can hear the elevator or conversations.

Very Close to Eifel Tower. The rooms were bigger than i expected for the budget. Definetly will recommend for someone who wants to stay in centre of Paris. Also having a luggage room helped us.
