Chambre spacieuse , balcon, proximité métro , butte aux cailles … l’hôtel est propre et le personnel agréable et la piscine ! Un peu vieillot

I booked a room in this hotel last minute to escape the Paris heat wave with my daughter and we really couldn’t have been happier. The room was clean and comfortable and we even had a little terrace overlooking a small garden, the staff were lovely, the pool was gorgeous (and not at all crowded, we had it to ourselves for hours in the afternoon), and the hotel is right near the metro and located in a cool residential area of Paris with great restaurants (13th arrondissement). And all this at a really unbeatable price for a 4-star hotel. Some very minor complaints: the beds are a bit short (I am only 1m70 and my feet were sticking out over the end), the shower door in our room didn’t close properly and got water all over the floor every time we used it, we didn’t have any patio furniture on our part of the terrace and had to “borrow” our neighbors’ 2 chairs whenever we wanted to sit there.

Location, decent size rooms, friendly staff

The location is excellent. The hotel is very close to the metro and bus stops, making it easy to get around Paris. There is also a shopping mall nearby, which was a big advantage. The room was comfortable and had excellent air conditioning, which was perfect during the hot summer weather. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. The biggest problem was that the elevators were not working. We were told they had only recently broken, but it was obvious they had not been working for a long time. We felt this was not communicated honestly to guests. We had to carry our heavy suitcases from the ground floor to the sixth floor, and we were traveling with children which made the experience extremely stressful and exhausting. ( me with my boyfriend and my sister with two toddlers, different rooms offcourse!) Guests should be informed before booking if the elevators are out of service so they can decide whether the hotel is suitable for them.

Close to Place d’Italie. Clean and comfortable

Staff were great and the overall value was fair. Decent pool First room we were assigned the shower did not have a door and it wasn't a bathtub shower... it was aimed to just spray out.

Location, room size, quiet and clean and comfy. Small hotel, good breakfast.

Looked old, not modern, staff were from Paris that says enough

Very nice room, super friendly and accomodating staff, I really enjoyed my stay

Especially the lady at the reception was so helpful, and polite. Other than that, all the staff was perfect. Tje location was exceptional. And it was perfect value for the price with the location, swimming pool, little garden, balcony and breakfast. The room was a bit cold, despite there was an air-conditioner, it couldn’t warm the room.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they accommodated us without question. I felt everyone we encountered was professional. We traveled with our 3 year old son and didn’t feel unsafe in the hotel at all.

Nothing The cleaning and location

The staff was excellent and very friendly. I appreciated they knew English. They were helpful with calling a cab or suggesting things to do. The elevator was out for five of the seven days I was there. Since I was on the fifth floor, this was especially hard to deal with. Also, the breakfast was okay. Probably a 5 out of 10. The best part were the fruit juices. Also, my door handle wasn't working properly. It looks like someone intended to fix it in the past but the handle was pointed downward instead of horizontally. It was frightening as I was traveling alone, but I had extra security measures on hand. The showers were great all but the last day where it didn't even get lukewarm in the morning. I was getting up to get ready for the airport and there was no hot water and that was very disappointing. The walls were very thin and housekeeping was very loud at 0900. They should keep in mind that some people might be jet-lagged.

Sandra the breakfast attendant was attentive and friendly. The front desk was friendly as well. The entire was really friendly and professional.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room and facilities were very nice and spacious. There is a bus and a metro station right by the hotel, so it was very easy to get everywhere in the city. The room we were given smelled like cigarettes, which was unfortunate. But, other than that, we quiet enjoyed our stay.

The room was small. But it was okay. I only used the room to sleep. I left the hotel early in the morning and came back late. So i didnt use anything or take breakfast there. The room was clean.

The breakfast was exceptionally wonderful and the worker made sure to check the ingredients because of my severe food allergies. Everything was good. No complaints

Heated pool instead of room temperature
