amazing location, walking distance to so much. easy access to the metro spotless rooms, housekeeping was amazing was told after I arrived that my bicycle has to live in the lobby. has it not been non refundable i would have left

The staff was wonderful and hospitable. The rooms were clean. It had a musty, cigarette smoke smell. I can’t open the windows due to the smoking space below me. The mattress and pillows were okay. The building was very old and the elevator can only fit 1 person. The TV did not have captions, so it was inaccessible for me.

1. The designs of both the bathroom and the sleeping room were very unique and brought a very interesting atmosphere. 2. The location is great. 3. Food is offered at a very affordable price. 4. Daily cleaning. 5. Perfect shower. Great water flow. Great water quality. 1. Potential risk of fraud coming from hackers and weak website of the hotel to protect their customers ‘ data - we have been told by the hotel that the issue has been fixed just so you know, but it still brings us small concerns till this day to know that it happens.

Great location The hotel did not have running hot water because there were too many guests using the shower

We were told that it was a fake price, so we had to find another stay quickly.

The staff was very friendly and nice and the location was great. Dusty rooms, dirty feel to the hotel (even the furniture in the check in area is gross and dirty), the hairdryer was attached to the wall IN the closet. The breakfast was mediocre.

There was no Nespresso machine in the room.

Great staff, great location, most of top attractions are below 30 minutes walking distance and public transport from/to airport and attractions are one minute away. Also special thanks to Sucess, she was very sweet and welcoming. Would definitely book here again if I go to Paris.

The rooms were smaller than anticipated and the mini fridge did not work.

Excellent location near Gare St Lazare and Montmartre, several restaurants, boulangeries, and grocery stores nearby. I appreciated that it was on a quieter street. Rooms were generally clean and well-appointed Not a major issue, but the sink seemed to be slanted so that water would not drain properly. The shower itself was also a little old

I forgot 2 items and the hotel staff called the agent and said that the hotel would send the package to my house, excellent service thank you you very much

The staffs, include the cleaning lady, was very nice. And our stay was fairly comfortable. The metro and train stations were close by too Nothing major

A great hotel located near gare Saint Lazare. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend and would love to come back.
