Everything is ok for the price. It was particularly nice to have a fridge and microwave oven in the room.

Fans need to be in every room because theres no air conditioning. I had to ask for a fan it was sooooo hot! The room I had was across from apartments so people can see inside if I didnt have shade closed. But its so hot you dont want to close the shade

no elevator, shoebox- size rooms, blanket and 1 towel probably from a flea market, 1 available electric out on the floor under a table Shared bathrooms filthy, excrement on floors not cleaned. Broken glass door at entry left unlocked day and night. No reception, no security after 9 p.m. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BOOKING.COM LISTING iI ever booked and a waste of $222 1 person, 2 nights.

The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Great location, close to lots of bars, restaurants and coffee shops. The bed was very firm, which I like, but be warned if it's not your preference. It's quite a bare-bones room, but we expected that. We're not in Paris to hang out in a bedroom. The pillows were comically large and lumpy. If you are fussy about pillows bring your own.

Hygene of shared spaces, such as bathrooms and showers.

Price, Location, Staff, multiple shared bathrooms right outside rooms Honestly, I expected and have seen way worse. Room facilities, while old, were clean and functioning

Will start with positive : 1. Definately the cheapest option for private room in Paris. I paid 220€ for 5 nights. Booked 2 months in advance. 2. Metro station Voltaire (#9) is around the corner. Lidl is some 10 min walk. Franprix 2 min. 3. TV & fridge in room working. TV has music channels which is always + for me. 4. Mettres seems new and it is comfortable. Negatives: Will start by saying that I was REALLY AFRAID of coming here as I read reviews about bedbugs (punaises de lit) and for days before coming I was uneasy. Thankfully my room (#17) was good. However the room itself was not really clean. No microwave though it says they have in every room. No towels or soup. Blanket is really looking dirty - with hairs, stains etc. Sheets seem clean though. The hotel stairs STINK big time!!! Never experience anything like it. All in all, depends what U look for. And bedbugs seem to be like a lotery here. Some have, some not. Room generally is not that bad. With just a little care it could be better.

broken furniture, bed to be made by self, bathroom uncomfortably unkempt for a shred facility.

Wish to visit you soon

Matress is a little bit bent, bed structure is somewhat creaky. Shared bathrooms could receive a little bit of love. I mean, the whole place is quite old and beaten up, but it compensates with price, location, quietness and flexibility.
-
The toilet door broken. No towel ??♂️the bedsheets was inching
-
Affordable and very convenient in its location, and good that reception was open all night. Towels routinely should be placed in the rooms.
-
Only the approachable staff but the room is old and not worth it All
-
Great value for money, making Paris affordable. Also, it is clean. (I did check thoroughly for bed bugs, none found!)
-
The location Dirty. Beds not made. Toilets braking. Showers dirty

We didn't like that, first: TV wasn't working (and we wished to watch some French TV in Paris), second: internet wasn't working properly at the 4th floor - c'mon, Paris is a City people like to be connected to post some things on the web... Then, third, our bed was broken. And I mean, totally broken, broken in the middle. We had a canyon between us in our sleep...

For the price and the location, this was a steal. The room itself was perfectly functional. There is absolutely nothing fancy or chic about it, but it got the job done perfectly. The 24 hour reception is always a great thing to have as well. They were all very nice and cordial. The toilets were clean, but the walls and fixtures in the bathroom needed a clean. My room didnt have towels, though reception gave me one immediately. There is no elevator, so be prepared to walk up and down stairs.

There were cigarette butts all around the windows, the internet, wifi, and TV didn't work. The refrigerator door was so damaged, we won't be visiting this place again.
-
The place and the friendliness to put our luggage. When we arrived the sink was super dirty.
-
The wifi was poor on the fifth floor.
