In central Paris just a 7 minute walk from Bastille, La Maison de Léa offers contemporary B&B accommodations. Guests access the rooms via a private entrance and can enjoy free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The contemporary rooms at La Maison de Léa are individually decorated and offer a flat-screen TV with cable channels. A private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries is also provided. Every morning a hot breakfast with ham, cheese and pastries is served in the breakfast area reserved for guests. A variety of restaurants and can be found within a 5 minute walk. The Bréguet-Sabin Metro Stop is a 5 minute walk away and the Bastille Metro Station provides direct access to Opéra Garnier, Champs-Elysées and the Louvre Museum. The famous Père Lachaise cemetery is just a 15 minute walk away.

Carolyn was wonderful. So welcoming and friendly. She helped us by ordering taxis and getting us where we needed to be. So clean! Carolyn straightened our bed and cleaned our bathroom each day. A lovely touch! We would definitely stay here again! NA

Caroline is a perfect host always ready to assist. The property is well designed, clean and well looked after. The breakfast is great too! Very good location near metros and a good base for exploring this part of Paris.

Caroline was wonderful and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable and she cleaned spotlessly every day. The location was the best in Paris (for us). She let us store our luggage after check out. minimal bathroom additions - plan on bringing your own.

Caroline is a very gracious host, providing everything we needed including restaurant recommendations. She is very accessible. Loved the delicious breakfast she prepared for us every morning. Bonus..didn't realize daily housekeeping was also included! It’s like staying at a hotel. The room is very nice and the bathroom looks renovated. Will definitely stay there again when we visit Paris in the future. Location is perfect. Several metro stops around the residence that are walking distance. No A/C and no ability to do laundry. This would be a perfect stay for a couple staying over a long weekend. For longer stays (we were there for a week), it would be nice to be able to do laundry. Also we were there in April. Can’t imagine having no AC during the summer!

As with properties of this sort, don't expect elevator to get your bags up. And there will not be someone available to take deliveries, however Caroline posted her phone number on the door downstairs and we did get the bag. Her recommendations for local restaurants were spot on, she and husband are a delight.

Perfect location in the heart of Paris. Close to the metro for easy access to visit all the major tourist locations. Great neighborhood for restaurants and bakeries. Caroline was awesome, breakfast was delicious and accommodations were very clean. Highly recommended and will stay here again when we return to Paris.

Easy access to several Subway stations. Caroline was very helpful and helped me negotiate a very dishonest driver. She also gave us metro rechargeable cards. The breakfast was fresh and good. Fresh squeezed orange juice.

I had a lovely stay at this B&B. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the lively Le Marais neighborhood, with lots of great cafes, shops. The room was spacious by Parisian standards, very clean, and beautifully kept. The owner is a truly kind and welcoming lady. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was fresh and good, though a bit limited in variety—it would’ve been nice to have a few more options

Caroline was a fabulous host! Great neighborhood - safe, plenty of good restaurants, shops, laundromats, everything we needed. Very close to metro stations as well, we easily took the metro to various Parisien landmarks.

Everything, Caroline was the perfect host, couldn’t help you enough. The room was cleaned top to bottom everyday, the breakfast was amazing with loads of options. Honestly 10/10, and it’s walking distance to a lot of sights! Nothing

We liked everything about our room and Caroline, the owner was very hospitable. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Breakfast was a typical French style breakfast and was tasty. Caroline gave information on several good restaurants in the area. The stairs were a bit of a problem bringing up our heavy luggage- I knew about them ahead of time, but did not realize they were the circular type, so being senior citizens with several bags, coming up was a slight issue. Upon departure, Caroline was kind enough to help us down the stairs with some of our luggage.
