Excellent location, clean and comfortable, great breakfast. Really good option in a lovely area of Paris. Very close to metro, and well located for the Gare de Lyon. Nothing really - the room and bathroom was compact, but it didn't cause us any problems.

Majority of food was fresh although would have preferred more fresh fruit. A few members of staff were a little abrupt and didn't like speaking to my Granddaughter in French which she is learning.

Fantastic location, room is basic but comfy and the air con was GREAT!!! The pictures had Tea in the room but we didn't have a kettle or anything.

Location great We were given a room that was dirty. Hair on floors on in bathroom areas. Food crumbs/crisps on floor in room. Beds were clean thankfully. The real disaster was the toilet blocked any time anyone used it. First time, maintenance staff cleared blockage. Second time, which was late at night, we were told nobody available to clear the blockage until the morning. Nobody could use the bathroom. They had no other rooms and we had to travel through hotel to gym area in the night to use bathroom. Our toilet was overflowing and the stench was awful. From the night reception staff response, this is clearly an ongoing issue. Pure greed on hotel part to not get sorted/keep a room spare for emergencies. Please book elsewhere. Plenty of options nearby
