The location Small rooms, without fridge
-
We stayed at the end of May when it was 30 degrees. The air-conditiong was not working. It turned on, however there was no air circulating. I went down to the reception, and a rude French man (grey hair) came up to our room, and tried to convince us the aircon worked. When I pushed back he literally ran out of the room. The next morning I went down again, and the girl at the reception gave us a fan, which the rude man could have done the night before. Just so it ne known that the rooms are not 17 C as it is stated.

Hotel and rooms are generally not clean, and staff absolutely were not friendly.
-
The room was a little small but had everything needed. IT was tidy and clean. The hotel is located by Bercy Village and the Subway/Metro Line 14 which makes it extremely convenient for restaurants, shopping and transportation. It is a very safe location. The breakfast was really worth it with tons of food choices and good quality. We really enjoyed it. We had an early flight out but the breakfast starts at 6.30am which we appreciated, so we were able to have a good breakfast before leaving. The staff was always very professional and kind. I would definitely go back and recommend it. nothing

Fantastic location. Close to metro station and nice restaurants. It was okay but could be a bit cleaner. The space was small - good for sleeping but limited for work or rest.

very enjoyable stay

The front desk was very rude when I adressed the matter and cleaning lady when I asked her for a cover for the matress responded that she was not speaking french. Woke up at 8am by the noise from the renovation/construction they were doing on the roof

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly!! They solved quickly any issues or requests that we had during our 8 night stay in January 2026. Merci Beaucoup! The location right there at Bercy Village opened up all types of restaurant options and the bus and metro stations were just steps away The room was small and didn’t have usual amenities that we are accustomed to such as, a small fridge to put my insulin in (the staff allowed me to put it in their office fridge), an ice machine or any closet or clothes drawers space.

It was booked at 11 pm, the last minute. We greatly appreciate that they accommodated us in our desperation, to book late. Breakfast was okay but could be better. A bit more protein needed.
-
The location nearby the Accor Arena and the Bercy Village. Room 619 was not clean. Clogged bathroom - both sink and shower. Low quality breakfast.
-
The Hotel ins near the Metro Station There is no support for the Guest at the Hotel when a incident happens no help from Management the Hotel is not safe and is very open poor Security the Management are very dismissive and wont Communicate is a professional manner
-
I am using this hotel redundantly, mostly because it is close to the locations I am using for work, staff members are friendly, and the hotel answers the main needs for my professional trips.
-
The hotel is located in a perfect location, right behind a large set of restaurants, and easy to access for travelers. The room is of Ibis standard. The breakfast was excellent, however, the lack of vegetables was surprising.

Cleanliness
-
Breakfast, other Ibis hotel offer a huge buffet, not this one.
-
Not clean, felt dirty, half of the stuff was good and nice, half of the stuff was not polite
-
Wonderful location, quiet, yet only 100yards from Percy Village with all its varied restaurants and activities for children. 200 meters away from the metro Absolutely nothing to dislike
-
The hotel was almost at the exit of the metro station. It had many restaurants, shops, bakeries, a supermarket in 1 minutes of walking distance. Also, it is directly connected with Orly metro line. The bathroom did not have a proper drain, so it became flooded after just one shower. Afterwards, the water on the floor leaked into the room through the wall. The smell of wet carpet was unpleasant.
