Location is excellent- very central and the proprietor (Andre) is an excellent, immediately responsive friendly and wonderful host. This was not a problem, but the property was clearly in a state of renovation- it’d be great to visit again when all work is completed

One of the nicest appartements we have stayed in Paris. Very traditional Parisian and close to everything. The owners were wonderful and accommodating. We will definitely come back as well as tell others. N/A

Amazing location, very nice, large, well decorated, quiet, clean. Had everything you needed for a stay. Very easy, well written instructions for check in and out. Andre is a very nice host, always available to help and answer questions. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic host André, met us upon arrival. Apartment’s lift is past one flight of stairs and he helped us get luggage upstairs. Beautiful flat! He showed us around, gave restaurant suggestions, etc. The location was perfect for our needs! Walkable to Parisian highlights and transportation options were a short distance away. Loved the living room to relax in, kitchen was well stocked, bedroom roomy and comfortable. Nothing. The weather was good while we were there but I didn’t see A/C unit, in case you’re visiting in summer, do check.

This apartment is an absolute delight and was perfect for my stay in Paris. The location was fantastic with everything either in walking distance or a quick car ride (I am not a Metro user). There are a number of restaurants, cafes and bakeries within a 1-2 min walk. The apartment itself is beautifully stylish and comfortable. The bed was soft, the living area lovely, and the kitchen perfect for the few times I wanted to eat in. While there is a small lift to the fourth floor it is important to know that there are two small sets of stairs to climb before you are at the lift, which would be difficult to manage with any mobility issues. Once I had my large (and heavy!) suitcases up, the stairs weren’t a problem during my stay. It is a requirement to remove all sheets from the bed and dispose of all garbage yourself when leaving. I would expect the bedding to be done as part of the service, and this was the only negative about my stay.

Clean and comfortable, had all amenities and all rooms were furnished with thought and comfort. Beautifully sized apartment, very welcoming.Apartment had a well stocked kitchen, with everything you could need for a short stay, even tea and coffee! We had problems watching the tv, albeit only wanting to watch before bed. Could not get channels to watch.

I have stayed in many hotels and places in Paris and this IS my favorite! A small Parisian apartment perfect for two persons! The location couldn’t be better, - right in the middle of the city, yet quiet as the apartment faces the inner yard, despite the construction work in neighboring building during the week day 8:00 - 17:00 which the host can’t control. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The furniture and decorations are tasteful and practical. The host left us a small champagne as welcome when we arrived. He lives in the next door which is a plus if you need help. I will definitely come again and recommend it to all my friends. Nothing

We had been Paris seven times. We stayed many places in Paris all over. And I can clearly tell absolutely this is hands down the best place. Strongly recommend! Hmmm it doesn’t bother us at all but the elevator is the smallest I ever seen before however we were glad at least there is an elevator exits.

This was literally the cutest place I have ever stayed at in Paris and I was very happy with my choice. The apartment is located 3 min walk away from the Louvre with many restaurants and markets around. It was spacious with a cute and well equipped kitchen. Lots of storage space. It looked exactly like the pictures advertised. Checking in was very easy with detailed instructions. Water pressure was a little low in the shower. Had to carry luggage up 1 floor before there was elevator. However these were not a big issue for us.

We enjoyed the location We knew ahead that the lift only went from the first floor, and being an older couple we were relying on help from the concierge. There isn’t any concierge. We were utterly exhausted and fed up before we even got into the apartment. If we had known this we wouldn’t have booked here. But to be fair we had a lot of luggage having travelled from across the world. If we were lightly packed for a weekend it would have been okay. The dryer wasn’t working, and only two towels and two hand towels for an eight night stay seemed inadequate. No linen change. But the apartment was delightful and obviously well loved.

The apartment was beautiful, very quintessentially Paris! Would definitely recommend :)

Lovely elegantly furnished comfortable wood panelled 4th floor apartment with separate bedroom and sitting rooms (both of good size), and an entrance hallway with a small table for two to eat on and an adjoining kitchenette and bathroom off the hallway. Windows overlook an internal courtyard. Area is full of cafes and restaurants and there is a boulangerie very close on the same street and well stocked small supermarkets close by. When back in Paris, we shall definitely stay here again Nothing

Location There was work going on in courtyard which was very loud. Fortunately it was only on weekdays and we left everyday to tour the city.
