Cler Hotel

It was clean and modern. The staff was very helpful.

The location was the best…. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our bed! The street it is located on is very clean and felt safe….and seems to be where the locals hang out for that area…. restaurants we’re very good. The fresh fruit, pastries, groceries, and of course chocolate…. everything you need right out your front door and again a nice part of Paris…. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected for Paris. I would stay here again, and I would recommend this hotel to others because the location feels very safe and as within walking distance to the main attractions, especially the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. We did not partake of the buffet, which is extra because the restaurants right outside the door were great. I got this recommendation from ChatGPT and they were right!

Lovely Staff and great location!

The reception staff was so kind and welcoming! The location was lovely. Directly outside the hotel was a little grocery store and then the street is lined with restaurants, shops, bakeries and cafes! To note: the AC was 100/10! So good! This isn’t just specific to this hotel because a lot of them are like this because of the older buildings but the ironing board and iron cannot be brought to your room. You have to go to the basement for that!

We arrived in a rush. Park on the street.Had conversations with delivery drivers about getting out of there way in 5 minutes. So we rushed inside with our bags. Front desk person assisted my Wife getting bags to the room and getting checked in while I went back and moved the car. I felt this was above and beyond excellent service. We enjoyed the air conditioning during the record heat waves in paris. It is a typical hotel room in Paris.On the small side, but everything we needed was there.And it was great. We enjoy the street it sits on.There is a grocery store and lots of other stores with anything else.You could want or need nearby. This is our fourth stay at the hotel and I can honestly say there is nothing I would tell them to change or fix to make better.

The location was excellent, at the end of a shop-lined pedestrian street in the heart of the same arrondissement as the Eiffel Tower and close to public transit. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. We felt safe and cared for. It was our first trip to Paris and in a record heatwave. Because of that a number of things were cancelled, which obviously was not the responsibility of the hotel, but we did a fair amount of walking to get back from major sites.

From the minute we walked in to the time we left the front desk staff was helpful, friendly and professional. Our room was clean and a nice size. The location on Rue Cler was perfect. Close to the Eiffel Tower, restaurants, bars, gelato, bakeries, groceries and one block away from the metro. We did not eat the breakfast but it looked lovely and a good value for the money.

Beds were very comfortable. Good location. Very clean. The water pressure was weak in the shower. Little bit small.

Cler Hotel is a favorite. It is on Rue Cler Market Street in the 7th which is charming. However, it is Cler Hotel that keeps me coming back to the area. I have stayed here a few times before and it is my default. It is consistently clean, the staff friendly and polite, and they truly go above and beyond. When I left my passport and cash behind, they secured it and immediately reached out. They knew I had to move to another hotel as there was not availability for my entire stay, and they called looking for me. I appreciate the effort, and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

The staff is super welcoming and wonderful. They are also very responsive and very helpful. This hotel is a little gem with a great location— fabulous street, close to metro and the magical 69 stops across the street! Our room was comfortable — especially the bed. We could walk to many places — even the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast buffet (not included but reasonably priced and worth it) were beautifully presented and delicious— eggs, pastry, fruit, yogurt, cereal — and daily special offerings, like cake and flan, were homemade. Staying at the Cler Hotel is like having your own little slice of Paris. Nothing, except that eventually, we had to go home.
