Fantastic location, wonderful park outside and good area with many restaurants within walking distance. Suites were well appropriated, comfortable and a wonderful aesthetic with high ceilings and furnished in a classic French style.

The hotel is perfect — the location, the staff — everything. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, it was one of the most unique and best hotels we’ve ever experienced. Stéphanie, the manager, is incredibly kind and patient. It’s a place that feels like home from the very first moment you arrive. The hotel’s signature scent, which you can smell throughout, also adds to the wonderful atmosphere. There’s no doubt we will return. Highly recommended!

Location is great Hôtel doesn’t have lobby, the door is locked and no information was sent how to enter the hotel, room didn’t have hot water and I was moved to another room late evening where hot water was running for the first 5mins. Shower extension didn’t work and wasn’t fixed during the day. Night manager wasn’t polite, morning manager hanged the phone when I called from the room with complains of cold water and no shower working. However General Manager called me back and was very professional and absolutely great and proposed the solutions for the issues.
