Location Elevator didn’t work. Noise from the air conditioner, the sheets were dirty. Soap was empty they didn’t fill it until we asked

Very good value for money. A very comfortable bed, with AC, a bigger bathroom than is usual in Paris, nicely appointed and very clean. The room was on the 4th floor above the street but it was very quiet. The included breakfast was very generous and set out in a nice room, never crowded. The staff were all unfailingly friendly.

Reception staff were very friendly and always happy to answer any questions and available 24 hours. They were fluent in English but also patient with my French. Location is a short walk from 2 subway stations and a direct subway line from Gare du Nord station if arriving from the Eurostar and in the heart of Marais with many places to eat nearby. Cold water refill station near hotel entrance was very conveniant. Did not have hotel breakfast but it appeared fresh with a good variety of options. Room is small but storage is well planned and had a full size shower. Room had a lovely small French balcony. Despite 35 degree temperature in Paris our room was cool and comfortable and very quiet. We had 2 carry on suitcases which room could accomdate but room would have been tight if we had full size suitcases.

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The artwork and design in the rooms were lovely. For the price, the property seemed a bit run-down - carpets could be replaced, trim work could be refreshed and painted, lobby furniture was old and somewhat stained. It cost $400 per night for 3 people and breakfast. It just seems like a high price for a three star hotel.

I liked the location ! Room lighting was great too. And loved the bath tub. Alexia at the front desk was warm and welcoming! There weren't any toothbrushes at the frontdesk even if it was noted in the bathroom
