The room was just...ok.

Great location, cozy room, friendly employees, great value, clean rooms, a bit small, but at the same time perfect for the price and just three people. Near three metro stations and it's in the safe city center. If I will go to Paris again, I will be going to this hotel No elevators, but it's understandable

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic and made it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. While the room was on the smaller side, it was charming, cozy, and had a lot of character, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall. The only drawbacks during our stay were the size of the room and the number of stairs. While the room was charming, it felt quite cramped, especially with luggage. Additionally, carrying our bags up multiple flights of stairs was challenging and not ideal after a long day of travel. Other than that, we had a very positive experience.

It is in the center. It is good for tourists. No heating. No elevator

The best location,cozy room

The location is good, it is convenient to reach Gare de Nord from here. It was very small room, you cannot really even walk inside if you come with family. The wardrobe was broken and the bathroom was smelly

the room was booked with the expectation i would find nothing special. expectation met. tv purely decorative. (in fairness, i did not report this until checkout as i watch all tv through the internet.) speaking of...decent wi-fi throughout the stay. clean room. fairly comfy bed. always hot water with tolerable shower water pressure. added bonus: 5th floor room = aerobic fitness center.

Loved the location. Close to metro and good restaurants. It was exactly as advertised, no surprises. Terrible smell from bathroom drains.

The location was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was on the 5th floor, which made it a bit tiring to go up and down. It was also quite small, so moving around inside was a little difficult.

The location was absolutely perfect, just 10/10! Everything was within walking distance, which made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. Overall, everything was fine, nothing major to complain about.

It is a just a few minutes walk from the subway that can take you anywhere you want to go around Paris. It is right across a small market that offers anything you might need. There are many nice bistros all around Hotel Sully making it an exceptional location! The staff is attentive and tries there best to accommodate the clients needs. It is a very old property with no AC and your only hope to stay cool is that there is a cool breeze available while you sleep. I would not stay in that property in the summer months again. Paris was in the mid 80s Fahrenheit and it wasn't very breezy either. We were lucky we had a high floor and we were able to open the windows and allow a breeze to come in. If not, it would be incredibly hot and stuffy in bed. I could see myself staying here in the winter months, however. There is no elevator so you will get much exercise at hotel Sully.

Very good value. Paris is expensive, so when I booked this inexpensive place I didn’t expect anything nice, but the place is all you need for a comfortable stay. Shouldn’t be rated a one-star hotel.
