Great location and would stay again

Location was close to everything. The AC was wonderful. The staff were accommodating. The bathroom was a little bit small.

This experience was not ideal. The location of this hotel is great. That is about the best thing I can say about it. Firstly if you want to stay in a bathroom - choose the one person room. The shower, sink, and toilet are all in the same tiny space as the bed. You have to step over the toilet to get into the shower. My first room - the shower leaked - not from the door, but another area. I noticed a river of water flowing towards my luggage and the bed. I asked to switch rooms and was accommodated . My second room - exact same type - the sheets were not clean. There is no phone, and there is not always a person at reception so I messaged them through their app and never received a reply. When I went out for the day I mentioned the strong perfume and foot ordor smell on the sheets and was told it was impossible they were dirty as the rooms are cleaned after guest departure. Well, the sheets might have been cleaned after the last guest departed, but someone used that room in between departure and my arrival. This is of no fault of the hotel, but I had a medical emergency and was admitted to the hospital. I was advised not to be alone. It was already late Friday so I stayed that night, but decided to leave a day early so I could join friends and not be alone- as advised by doctors. I told the reception when I checked out 1 day early at 11 am - plenty of time for them to clean and rebook the room why I was leaving. She did not comment just processed my check out. I emailed the company and said I'd be happy to provide proof of my hospital stay, but I was told "Your reservation is non-refundable. Regardless of the reason indicated, this is non-refundable rate cannot be changed." So if you want a subpar experience and premium prices stay here. I have been to Paris 6 times and stayed in many different hotels and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I am dissapointed with Booking.

I highly recommend this property, it’s fabulous, clean and comfortable and perfectly located. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful!

The staff was exceptionally helpful and accessible. The location was convenient to the Bastille Metro stop and many things to do right in that area. The room was quiet, and happened to be extra spacious because we were upgraded to a wheelchair accessible room, though not needing that. Would have liked some view out the windows

Great location, lovely staff. Very helpful. The shower was small and leaked all over the bathroom floor.

The room was very clean and the bed incredibly comfortable. At the end of my trip, this was the perfect place to unwind and rest. My room had windows that opened up to a beautiful view of pretty buildings and cafes. Excellent value for the price!!! Would stay here again.

Incredible location, lovely staff.

Cozy hotel in the heart of Paris. Everything is ok.

The location was great, close to metro and lots of restaurants & stores. The hotel offered breakfast for 15 euros per person. This was more than adequate & great value. Breads, cereal, fruit, yogurt, cheese with juice, tea & coffee. There is luggage storage & an elevator. The room we stayed was quite small. Difficult to arrange with 2 pieces of luggage. This is common in Paris & we did make it work but it’s definitely something to be aware of. The bathroom also is very small. There is a shower but it shouldn’t be used as traditional stand up shower, it’s more of a handle held set up as there is no shower door. This may be an issue for anyone with limited movement or large build.

Good Location , good hospitality, good staff, neat and clean

On the other hand, the other receptionist that was there about two days into my stay was not friendly, not welcoming, and couldn’t be bothered to offer even a simple bonjour when we crossed paths; I found this very rude and off putting. Additionally, when I went to check out there was a bit of a miscommunication regarding the lockers in the lobby and the man who checked me out was incredibly rude and unnecessarily obsessed with reminding me that he had been looking for the bracelet for that locker and we were not supposed to hang on to them when not in use, this was not communicated to me initially and was never my intention to hang onto the bracelet if not needed. Alternatively, rather than repeatedly blaming me for the situation, if he had been so concerned about this locker, a conversation with the rest of the staff at the hotel likely would have sufficed to solve the issue rather than making me feel uncomfortable and at fault. He was rude, unwelcoming, and could not even ask me how my stay was, if there was anything he could do for me or anything I needed, or even thank me for my stay. For this reason, I would not likely recommend this hotel because as a paying client customer service is everything and I don’t need to be treated poorly when visiting from another country and paying to stay at this accommodation. The way I was treated upon check out was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

Toilet should be separate(w/door or glaas area) from the bed area.

Location was good for our needs. Room was clean. Room was small. Bathroom was VERY small. Unable to turn around with door closed. Legs go under sink while on toilet. Manager was yelling at someone on the phone when we arrived.

Great location. The breakfast is a terrible value. I don’t realize it wasn’t included. I’d prefer to have went across the street and not have a packaged pastry and coffee for 21 euros
