Excellent location and a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind to us. We asked for cappuccinos with soy milk, and they prepared them especially for us every morning with great care. The breakfast was delicious, the room was exceptionally clean, and the air conditioning kept us perfectly comfortable even during the hot weather. I honestly have nothing negative to say. The next time we’re in Paris, we’ll definitely stay here again. Nothing.

Great location and short walk to Louvre and metro. Lots of restaurants around and some shopping. Bed was very comfortable and good shower pressure. Staff was very helpful. The rooms look older than the photos. You can hear the sound from up down stairs but lucky it was quiet at night. There was only a slim piece of shower glass so water comes out to floor and makes the floor very slippery even we were careful.

small room with not efficient design. One cleaner lady just kicked my luggage when she did not notice I was in the room. If I was indeed not in the room, image what possible damage she could do to my belongs.

The hotel has great style, is very quiet, exceptionally clean and has staff who are friendly and helpful. The optional buffet breakfast is really good. Room sizes ( for Paris ) are above average. A very small gripe, but the room would have benefited from a small fridge/mini bar.
