The location is not the feel of Paris. It’s located in the Asian area but the only problem is you don’t get the sense you’re on France. No French restaurants or bakeries near by

Some fatal. In the bathroom is very old and can not be used normal, but warm water is very comfortable, the WiFi in the room is not fast ,

If you are there for the location then this place is good. The building was super secure. I chose this property after looking at several based on the fact that it listed “parking” in the description and I had rented a vehicle. There was no parking, it was an underground parking garage which wasn’t terrible however, it was several blocks away and staff was not able to provide any directions and told me to “ use google” when I reached out for assistance. Again, not an issue normally however driving in Paris and using your phone is a terrible idea… The other issue was the shower that was leaking onto the floor and almost poured into the room on to the carpet. Luckily, I saw the puddle and was able to throw a towel down before it ruined anything.

My daughter has stayed at the hotel before and highly recommended it. She meet me for a quick vacation. The rooms were lovely and much larger than expected. We added breakfast to our stay and thoroughly enjoyed our croisant and cappuccino every morning, what a great way to start day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again. To no fault of the hotel there was construction next door. Luckily they didn't start until after 8:30.

Bedroom floor is carpeted and seemed and felt dirty on the feet. The shower leaking water to the bathroom floor, so after shower it was not comfortable to use the bathroom all wet. It says breakfast with a view, but actually breakfast was at floor -1. It was more of a 3 star hotel inside an 4 star hotel. Because for sure they have all the things they advertise. But maybe not for “all guests”.

Exceptional staff: reception, housekeeping, and breakfast room. Very helpful, polite, professional, and friendly. Excellent location. A short walk to the Metro, to the Louvre, and to many bistros, cafés, restaurants, and small shops.

The hotel is much smaller than expected.

1) construction work.. very noisy on early hours 2) the A/C in the of room (we had two connected rooms) was really weak...despite we asked stuff to check, it wasn't fixed
