Grand Hotel Saint Michel

The room, the location and the breakfast were amazing. Renovations are underway there, but it’s not annoying since they take place during the day.

Nothing much to complain about but the room was a little small The location and experience is what you are paying for. The building looks like a historic renovated building. Also not every place in Paris is safe, but we felt safe in this location.

Very nice updated balcony room and bath. Air conditioning room controlled and worked great. A little construction for remodel on another floor going on but was not awful

Great location, easy access to restaurants and metro, museums and attractions. Quiet street with calming ambiance.

You’d have everything you need excpt for a pool ?

The staff was wonderful. The air condition wasn't working properly for the firs 2 days of our stay. They brought us fans. By the 3rd day the air worked. Hotel was very clean. They are remodeling the rooms and we stayed in an updated room. The location was good. We walked to many of the sites. It would be nice if they served coffee all day in the lobby not just 3:00 to 6:00

Cleanliness and good location Too noisy, on Friday and Saturday morning they we fixing in the hotel something drilling into the walls and we couldnt sleep well, and the doors and soundproof at all, anybody passing in the corridor you can hear them clearly. And the staff knock the door in aggressive loud way

We were not warned about the renovation taking place in the hotel. It was noisy at times.

The location Only the next morning, after checking in after midnight , We have learned that the hotel was under renovation. We woke up early from the sound of work. The hotel staff were very nice and tried to help, including changing our room and offered breakfast during our stay.

Good location. There was a renovation in progress on the floor below our room - there was no sign indicating ongoing construction and we were not informed. Construction noise was all day and started at 8am. There was also a water leak in the bathroom, and there was no apology for these conveniences. In addition, a loud karaoke bar across the street kept us awake at night until it closed at 1am. Breakfast was too expensive for what was offered. For the experience, the hotel was overpriced.

Close to transportation and lots of restaurants. Staff was wonderful. Balcony wasn’t what we expected. Very narrow and didn’t feel as safe as we anticipated.

The staff was great, very helpful with directions, recommendations on where to eat, etc. The room was a bit small. It was tight to get around the bed when our suitcase was open. Other than that it was just fine.

Amazing staff, fantastic location, and lots of attention to detail! Staff helped with all my questions and were very attentive. Their afternoon coffee in the lobby was perfect for a second-wind trek of Paris. The room is very comfortable. The street is quiet for a city street and the scent of jasmine from the vine at the front door was lovely! N/A
