Great room size and price for Paris. Staff is super friendly and efficient. Comfy bed, decent size bathroom and clean. Would stay here again. All good
-
Very clean, bed was comfortable and air conditioning was perfect during heat wave. Staff was lovely and friendly. A little far from City Center but honestly walking distance to so much. Bus stop and Metro was nearby, so it was fine.

Great staff, location and facilities. Lots of restaurants and bakeries in immediate surrounding area. The unit was very clean except that the bathroom smelled a bit like vomit. We let the staff know and they offered to move us to another room the next day. Although, in the meantime, I ended up wiping down the bathroom floor with soap and the smell disappeared so our stay was all good. Appreciated the staff being very sympathetic and immediately offering to move us as soon as they could.

Generous sized room with a comfortable bed and great shower. No external window - window was into an indoor covered courtyard...

Clean and comfortable. Although room 404 air conditioning wasn’t working very well. Luckily we were between heat waves. Breakfast was expensive and not that complete.

It was great that the hotel had functioning air conditioning. It was located near République, not in the Marais as its name suggests. Lacking in any charm or special care. The hallways were institutional and the rooms were so cramped even by Paris standards. Also the lobby had a sad station with a hot water dispenser and powdered coffee. It felt very sad!

The location near the Gare du Nord was helpful for us. Coincidentally, an amazing restaurant which could accommodate us was about 20 paces away -- a great discovery. (I think it was Le Resistant.) We also ended up with a room that included an ample nook where there was a desk and a larger clothes hanging and storage area with room to open two carryons on a sort of small couch. This was really helpful before a major travel day. Breakfast was quite good -- the usual cold buffet but higher quality than some. Helpful front desk staff. Coffee was available in the lobby really early. The whole facade of the building (which was probably quite pretty) was covered in scaffolding during our stay. Not much light in the lobby to comfortably work or read there with that early coffee! There was a nice big skylit space at ground level which may have been the breakfast room, but now it's in the basement -- too bad!

Staff was very friendly, location decent from train station Strong smell of mold in bathroom, Breakfast below average
-
Perfect Location, clean rooms, nice service Breakfast was ok but there’s other restaurants in the area close by you can explore

So happy with my room! I liked everything, kind staff, only hick up was that the security deposit could only be done with a physical credit card, not on your phone w apple pay or virtual credit card or even with cash.
-
The location was fantastic. Transportation, dining and bakeries nearby. That there wasn’t a functional refrigerator in the room. It is meant to keep drink lightly cool — not an actual refrigerator which I needed for medication storage.
-
The property was clean with a very large room (for Paris), comfortable bed, and very quiet. Enjoyed the free snacks and drinks in the morning. We had no dislikes.

The staff and room were both absolutely wonderful. The room was bigger and better than expected and the staff was very helpful and kind upon our arrival and helping us with booking a taxi to the airport. The stairs to get to our room were unexpected—it was on the 2nd floor and the stairs were extremely narrow which we did not expect until after receiving our room. Without a lift and with luggage, it was quite challenging. I was traveling with my 65 year old mother so it would’ve been nice to know that was what we were given ahead of time, but we managed.

Clean room and bathroom. Good location. Booked a room with air conditioning but it wasn’t working. After 3 days of “fixing” the aircon, nothing worked and the receptionist wasn’t allowed to compensate us because no manager was there. This felt very unprofessional and some receptionists were quite rude and don’t care about the issues in the hotel. Eventually when the manager returned, we got a new room and some of our money back. Happy they compensated us eventually, but this should be handled much faster without false promises of fixing the aircon.

Hôtel is 1 block from Republic Metro. Bathroom was big, bed very comfortable. There was a safe, Nespresso machine and a mini fridge. Free still and gassed water available to fill your bottles in the lobby -nice touch - Grocery store and bakery on same block and lots of good restaurants nearby. The advertised AC on the upper floors is non existent. Supposedly set to 19 degrees but felt like a fan. Thankfully there were 2 big windows with good cross ventilation. Staff was 24-7 and nice enough but not able to assist with travel, visitor information, etc.

The room was clean and cozy and the bathroom and shower were surprisingly a good size compared to most European baths. The optional breakfast was tasty and a good value. Staff was always friendly. The daily room make up was great although it didn't get done until late in the day on three occasions. A minor inconvenience as we had to leave the room after a long day of walking the city.
-
All ok for the price, kinda decently renovated. As you would expect for the price, smallish rooms etc.
-
Close to the Metro and a Boulangerie next door. Rooms are extremely small.

The location was great to walk to so many shops and restaurants. I especially loved the breakfast served in the hotel with so many great choices. There was only on male employee who was not as friendly as the others and barely looked up from what he was doing to answer a couple questions I had. He wasn't very friendly. However, all of your other staff members were very friendly and helpful.

The 2 gentlemen who work on the front desk were very kind and helpful. Management is clearly not client focused starting from the director to the manager of the hotel. We have expressed our concerns verbally, via email and through trip advisor and booking.com. We were told that because we went straight to trip advisor with a bad rating, they were unwilling to assist. We will be sure to never stay at hotel Aida la marais again and be sure to advise friends and family of the poor service.
