Le propriétaire était très gentil. Nous avions réservé une chambre, mais il y avait un problème de fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain, et il nous a alors donné deux chambres Je n'ai pas aimé qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur

Staff were nice and friendly, hotel very near Convention Metro and not far from Montparnasse station. This is a budget hotel, good location and price but it is in need of updating but the rooms were clean and bathroom was nice. Breakfast was fine and adequate. No aircon or fans in the room, so keep this in mind in the hot weather.
