Very convenient location. Reasonable price. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfortable. Rather old buildings that “made noises” which made it harder to sleep. Clean but could improve on that front.

This little hotel is a hidden gem. I found it to be a great value. I was able to save money here and had a room that was comparable to other properties priced 20%-30% higher. It was clean and has a great staff! I would highly recommend it to someone that wants to be close to the action, but is traveling on a budget. NA

The Location close to champs and quite area and close to super market. Loved the large window, I enjoyed it during the time in the room. 3 min walk to Champ Elysees while in quite area away from the noise. Nothing

I was scheduled to stay at this hotel from July 9 to July 16. During my stay, we experienced a complete air conditioning failure while temperatures reached 35°C. I was assured that the issue would be resolved, but it never was. We were eventually transferred to another hotel within the same chain, which also had air conditioning problems. The hotel refused to cover my transfer expenses. I was also promised compensation for the day we had to stay in a room without air conditioning, but no one ever followed up. I contacted the hotel through Booking.com and received no response.
