Hotel is in a central area, near a metro station and gare du nord and many restaurants Good value for money staff were friendly AC was good Fridge was included, nice to have cold water in the summer Room was too small for a 3 bed layout Rooms are a bit old You have to pick up the luggage one floor to the reception to use the lift/elevator

The staff was extremely helpful - everyone at the front desk gave amazing recommendations. The rooms were air conditioned and very clean. Some outdated features but not an issue

It's near bus stops and metro stations. We encountered 2 receptionist and they're both very nice. The surrounding area looks dodgy but it's safe

The nice staff. The view from the room was disappointing, the blankets were not comfortable and the parking area was difficult to access and park.

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Staff were superb, friendly informative and helpful. Location fantastic very close to centre of town and only 5 min walk to metro, which had multiple connections. Bed comfortable and great Air Con that worked. Room was basic but clean, it was a little dated but exactly what I expected, a little TLC required.
