We booked thru booking.com a superior room, it was amazing except no balcony view. Robe and slipper availability +1. Tub didn't have a curtain nor a full glass to avoid shower water being splashed out, advisable to have. over all great location, zero noise, 5 min walk from metro. thank u for having us. Front desk staff on Aug 18,19,20,21 morning Angie & Omar omg amazing kind individuals, the person who prepare breakfast room early morning dated 21st she was superb by offering croissant and pain au chocolat. When we put note for housekeeper to make up our room, bed sheet was never changed, I know because it had a stain and when we came back the stain was still there, assurance of no sheet were changed, they should notice a dirty sheets to replace! No attention to detail! Individuals on 23 and 24, barely smiling, barely going above n beyond. the night shift guy was nice, day shift front desk needs training along with the breakfast prep individual, shift dated 23rd. We recommend not to book classic room as we booked directly by hotel its too small, washroom is -1 as the toilet seat position not great and tight space, however it was more expensive which's smaller!!!

Female 25 solo traveller Hotel was easy to check in, greeted with smiles, I loved the location, its quiet and the perfect relaxing charm after being in central. Pastry shops near by all in a 5 minute walk, a food shop and a tube station ! It feels authentic, staff were lovely and greeted you with smiles and great English it felt, safe and accommodating Not negatives things to note you can collect oatmilk from the breakfast but not provided, I asked staff for some to take to my room which they gave me :) (positive) ask for a kettle, you have a espresso machine which does boiling water, they were happy to provide kettles as they keep them separate for requests (MORE CLEAN THAT way which is good )

Well up to its 4-star rating. Quality of fittings and decor outstanding Very pleasant and helpful, always available staff. Excellent breakfast with plenty of variety. Rooms clean and well serviced. Air conditioning was very effective Not all lights working. Loose electric outlet for hair dryer in bathroom. No real black tea, such as English Breakfast, available. Earl Grey does not cut it.

The hotel is beautiful, easily meeting my expectations for a hotel in Paris. The staff were very welcoming and friendly - they spoke excellent English. The neighbourhood feels safe and is very clean. The location is a little bit further than most would prefer; however, it is a quick 2 minute walk to the bus station/metro entrance. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities you need: clean towels, new hand/body wash products, and deliciously-scented hair products. Although we did not partake in the breakfast option, it looked like a delicious spread. Check-in time was 12:00 noon, which is much earlier than most hotels. This was extremely helpful as we were able to get settled in early in the day before spending the day out exploring one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Nothing :D

Very cute hotel, staff are lovely - location is okay, close to a bus station and some of the train lines - little far from the main tourist areas but manageable. Room was a good size and was a cute vibe. Being a bit out of town meant it was quiet most times. The room needs a deeper clean - I noticed the headboard and some other areas need a spring clean. Location is also a little tricky if you’re not a fan of public transport.
