Very good location, and very clean. Everything was great for the most part. But the bathroom needs some better ventilation, that’s all.

Very close to Saint Lazare station where we arrived from Rouen. The mini fridge was good to keep our milk cool

Good location. Air conditioning a real plus during the heatwave that occurred while I was there. I repeatedly asked for ice to take up to my room and received it.

Terrible hotel. The property. Is not as described. The rooms are so small and dirty and under run. Do not stay here at all! The hotel staff are awfully rude and disrespectful. They locked us is in the lobby of the hotel, refusing us to leave when we kindly asked to check out early. Booking.com did absolutely nothing to help us either. It was a terrible experience and we expected booking.com to be of some help and received nothing. Even emailed booking.com with the safety incident of being imprisoned in the hotel and despite multiple follow up emails we have been ignored. Terrible hotel. The property. Is not as described.
