Close to restaurants and the metro. AC did not work in the first room. Staff were dismissive until checking and realizing it was not at all running. Moved to another room. They’re all quite small, not possible to have more than one suitcase in there. Elevator not working for our floor. Lots of tight stairs.

The location was excellent! Right in the heart of Montparnesse, but also a quiet hotel rooms. The rooms had AC which was a big pllus for us.

The location is great, access to close metro stations and lots of restaurants/bars/cafes in the neighborhood. The room was spacious and comfortable. I had a bad experience with the staff, there was a miscommunication regarding the room and I was harshly reprimanded and then spoken badly about in French, I ended up leaving the interaction very upset. While the location is good and the room was comfortable, for that reason I would choose not to stay at this hotel again.

Very good location No elevator and can be difficult with luggage

The location was very good and the apartment was nice The wifi didn’t work, and the person we advised about the problem, just acknowledged that he knew it hadn’t worked but didn’t do anything to fix it. There was trash from the previous guests in the trash cans. There were hairs all over the bathroom floor and shower. The dishes and cutlery needed to be washed. The kitchen stove didn’t work, as neither did the coffee machine.

While breakfast was wonderful, it is not included in the price of the room. And you'll need to bring your own wash cloth.

Good location, Montparnasse. That is the only positive thing. Staff yelling loudly while people are sleeping. The pictures on the website DO NOT correspond to reality. Every noise is heard , every step and every movement of bed. Loud guests during the night will not let you sleep

Average Paris hotel Strange elevator, room wasn’t nice

Location from trains stations, between two different lines. Bed was comfortable. AC worked and was quiet enough to get a good night sleep. Room was a little larger then the bed itself. Very tight when you add 3 suitcases. Washroom was also very small. Shower a little larger then 1 person, don't drop anything, otherwise you have trouble bending down to pick it up. Elevator doesn't stop on the floor of the rooms. Still have about 4 steps down followed by 7 steps up all while turning a corner. Breakfast was simple but ok.

I liked the neighborhood even though everything was expensive. The bathroom and suite 447 were a good size. When we checked into the suite I noticed the toilet was covered in feces. We immediately let the front office know who did not care and didn’t have it cleaned immediately. So I went to the market to get supplies and did it myself. Went the next day to the front desk and another staffer apologized but the damage was done. I paid over 1,600 usd for this room. I don’t expect to clean the toilet and I’m still disgusted. It’s unacceptable, unsanitary and terrible customer service. Also it was freezing no matter how high I tuned up the heaters and the beds were made of nails. Slim pickings during new years holidays otherwise we would have left.

mr hakim was polite and welcoming to his guest. even though the location was one station away from the main station. we chose to return to stay at the same hotel when we return to montapaness. we had a wonderful stay in the hotel due to the hospitality of Mr Hakim who is thoughtful for his customers.

Convenient location and above all, the exceptional service and help rendered by Mr Hakim.

It was very small and not so clean and the location of the room was bad we had luggage and they were stairs plus the staff were very rude.

the room is very tiny with so many Stuff which is not useful, the shower door wasnt closed properly, we stayed 2 days but they did not clean the room even towels,Only one tiny Lift is available and we had to wait so long because always was full.
