The room and bathroom is extremely small. I did not have breakfast at the hole. The location was ok but the metro Luxemboug metro was closed for repair. Personal was not helpful. The room and bathroom are very small. The carpet of the room was dirty and was never vacunmed while we were there. The bathroom is very small.

Clean and comfortable relatively new Open shower allowed most of the bathroom to get wet. Not a game changer at all

The room I originally booked was hyper small. I won't do that again. There was not enough room to unpack or turn around. But the elevator was broken and I needed an accommodation due to bad knees as I could not walk up the four flights to the 3rd floor (floor 0 is the ground floor in Europe). With the help of Booking.com, I was able to get a room with accommodation and it was much better. It was more private, bigger and on the ground floor. It made the stay possible. Nothing. It was a great stay.

Very close to Metro, excellent breakfast Good location

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, cozy clean space. A great spot to rest and explore Paris from! Minor issue with fixtures and shower doors seals, but staff was working to address it, very helpful and responsive.

The shower room was too small; one could not even turn around without feeling the hot water or cold water in pipes! a big person would not be able to use the shower! Requested a bigger room, but were not provided one. Also, the mattress was too soft; one wakes up with back pain. Fruits were not fresh daily!

Great location and very clean Wish it included free breakfast but not a game changer for us.

Location was good. Staff were helpful. Room did not look like the advertised triple room with 3 real twin beds and 2 windows. We had a much smaller room than shown with 2 twin beds and a rollaway temporary bed. The rollaway bed blocked any use of the single window. The beds were uncomfortable. The only good part of the room was a good sized bathroom.

Location says it all. Close to busses and rail. Great food nearby as well.

The location was good for us with access to the Luxembourg metro. Loved being near Jardin du Luxembourg and Medici fountain. The staff were friendly and helpful. Free coffee in foyer was great. Lovely courtyard and foyer area. Bedroom small but ok for us with views cityside. We were on the 6th floor so had to use elevator to 5th floor then walk up a spiral staircase to our room. Not a problem for us but maybe for others. Water drainage in sink and shower slow. Told admin staff re same but nothing changed.

I expected a bit more for money as my room had several issues. Shower glass curtain was broken, so the bathroom would flood anytime we took a shower, toilet seat was broken, and we also couldn’t adjust the temperature to our room, always having to call reception when we needed to adjust it so that wasn’t productive. It was either too hot or too cold and we had to call all times of day and night. All of these problems were shared with management which did little to nothing to address the issues. No mini fridge in the room, which is present in any other rooms of much lesser value around Paris.

Soundproofing could be improved (at least on 5th floor).
