It was a nice hotel to stay at! We had a pleasant stay Unfortunately the air conditioner in our room did not work properly and did not cool our room, but the manager was really nice and said they will get it serviced

Excellent property. Everything was clean and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Location was convenient with the Eiffel Tower and metro stations being close by.

Pretty safe, clean and easy access to metro. Little concerning front door required no key pass and reception did not acknowledge us after returning twice fairly late, more from the stand point not seeming to check who was coming in. The AC has a a lockout so you can only lower so much. But both are personal preferences and we sleep better when its really cool. And should be acknowledged that we were there in a terrible heat wave. Late at night neighborhood seemed a little sketchy a couple of times. But just stay alert and pay attention to your surroundings. Not unlike most major cities anywhere in the world.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I think that’s one of the most important things when guests arrive at a hotel, and they made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. The rooms have a charming, classic Parisian style, which added to the overall experience. The location is excellent, with several metro lines just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back. The only downside was that it was quite difficult to control the room temperature on my own, which made the room a bit less comfortable at times.

Amazing location and THE STAFF was very attentive. I was worried by some of the reviews but everything was great for me. Clean, central location and great price. Room is a little small but honestly nothing terrible.

Everything How small the rooms were
-
it was near to metro and several supermarche. The staff were nice, the room was clean. the room pictures were not the same as booking.com pictures, rooms were so small, window and door both were in the same yard as the other rooms full of noise and no privacy. We asked to changed our room, the staff were nice and did it but even the new room was in the first floor with small stairs (without elevator) that make carrying baggages hard, the air conditioner had a noise, making it hard to sleep.

Location Comfortable

The staff was so helpful and courteous. Breakfast was very nice. I like a smaller property like this. It was quiet and relaxing. My room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. It was hot in the lobby. Don’t know if it had air conditioning or if it wasn’t turned on. It was unseasonably hot however for May. Elevator didn’t work part of a day. Hallways upstairs need a refresh and could use better attention from housekeeping.

Rooms were small

Overall we had a pleasant stay at Hôtel Eiffel Segur. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the location made it easy to get around Paris. A few things future guests may want to know: there is a lift/elevator, but when it opens it lets you out on a small platform between floors. Depending on your room, you’ll still need to carry luggage up or down a narrow flight of stairs. Not a huge issue, just something to be aware of. Also, the subway/train line is directly in front of the hotel, so it can be pretty loud at times, especially if you’re a light sleeper. And lastly, the “Eiffel Tower view” rooms are a little generous in the advertising ? You can technically see the tip of the Eiffel Tower if you look over the train bridge and through the trees. That said, the hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and the staff truly made the experience enjoyable.

I did not experience anything about this hotel that I did not like. We only made use of the room so I cannot comment on other aspects or offerings.

Location, price and confort

Very close to the number six metro line and just a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, very convenient!

It's good value - you get what you pay for. Location was good and staff was nice. There was a man, I'm not sure how to spell his name right, but he worked the front desk night shifts and he was very nice! He always spoke little French to my friend and I so we can "practice" and he was always smiling I didn't eat the breakfast so not sure what that's like, but the breakfast room was very busy every morning so I guess that's a good sign? Room and bathroom were more spacious than I expected The AC in our room sounded like running water - it didn't leak but we were scared to leave it on for long in case there was mold lol. We visited when it wasn't too hot, right before summer, so we didn't use the AC much. If it was very hot I would personally address this with the staff

The view and the location Nothing

Super friendly staff and super close to all things we wanted to see: Eiffel tower and the metro. Nothing. All was well.

Very good hotel in terms of value for money. The reception staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location is also great: plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20-minute walk, and there is a metro station close to the hotel, making it very convenient to get around the city. Overall, a very pleasant stay, highly recommended!

Steps from the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars, this hotel sits in a neighborhood that feels genuinely local, not touristy. The room was spotless, and the view over the city and train lines was unexpectedly striking. Transit is effortless, with multiple metro stations within a five minute walk, and the area is filled with great bakeries and casual restaurants. The hotel itself is consistently clean and well managed at all hours. Traveling with my wife and our two year old, the staff made a real difference. They stored our large stroller in the lobby each day for easy access and even kept our child’s milk and yogurt refrigerated, thoughtfully addressing the only drawback, the lack of in room mini fridges. I did not try the breakfast, but it looked fresh and well prepared each morning. A special thank you to Amine, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed at all times. His kindness and attentiveness made the stay feel genuinely welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again on a return trip to Paris. The only drawback is the lack of a mini fridge in the room, which is common in smaller hotels. That said, the staff went above and beyond to make up for it, offering to store anything we needed in their fridge and making it available to us at any time.
