Hotel Exe Paris Centre

Very good value for the area. Excellent location, a short walk from St Lazare station. Beds were very comfortable, room was very clean, shower was good. Breakfast was also very good. The yoghurt especially was delicious. We requested a double bed, but had two twin beds put together. They did message to say that they might not be able to fulfil the request. I don't mind two beds put together, but there are velcro straps they can use to secure the beds together so that they do not move apart while sleeping at night.

Wish rooms and elevator was bigger and wish I was a close bathroom door. And it was a English on tv

We had several interactions with the staff where they were very friendly and went above and beyond expectations. We were a short walk from the train station and eateries. We would happily stay here again. The room was about the size of a room on a cruise ship, so it wasn't spacious, but we didn't mind. The location, cleanliness, and staff were wonderful. I don't think the a/c was on as it was early in the season. However, they brought us a room cooler and that helped. If only the windows could be propped open cool air could have been brought in. One of our windows didn't lock shut or stay closed. Since we were several floors up, we weren't afraid, but that is something that needs attention.

It looks just the pictures, everything was just as described. The outside of the building could use a good cleaning.

Nice big room in central Paris next to Saint Lazare train station. Comfy beds. Nice staff. Sink was outside of bathroom (not an issue on its own) but unfortunately the bathroom light turns on the sink light too and this was a bit annoying during the night.

the TV is my room did not work and i was requested to change room instead of technician fixing it . i was comfortable and did not want to change room .

Not much. Lots of noise from trains going underground or by the hotel 21 hours a day. Room was extremely tiny and had only 1 mirror which was in the bathroom.

The staff was fabulous especially the checkin gentleman. Location is good for walk to Place de la Concorde and just steps away from the side entrance to St. Lazare train station. Breakfast was good for 15€pp. Shower had great water pressure. The room was amazingly small with signs of ++wear. We had to shimmy past each other and there is no place to sit other than on the bed. There is an electrical plug only on one side of the bed. While they offer you a kettle and coffee maker, I’m not sure where you’re supposed to plug them in. The hooks for the towels in the bathroom were so high that I at 5’4” had to jump to hook my towel on.

In my room, which was very small but I guess is like that in Paris, the AC was blocked to change the temperature and the room was too hot. There was a plug and a light not working in one of the night table, hair dryer overheated every 2 min of use.

Room was perfect for the four night stay. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was great. Very clean.

There were two few shelves in the bathroom making it difficult to place toiletries.
