In a good location near Bastille but closer metro was Ledru Rollin.. about 8min walk. Lots of bars/ cafes nearby and a MacDonalds!!! Such a team of friendly and welcoming staff.. nothing was too much trouble. Our room was immaculate and although small has everything you need. Bathroom was spotless and bed comfy. Good amount of storage too. Would definitely return. Lift is very small so might be a problem with big suitcases but I am sure staff would be on hand to help. Not an issue for us

Very cute quirky small hotel. The room was very small but the bed was very comfortable with great attention to detail and the bathroom was clean with ritual soap and body lotion. Outside the main tourist spots. The area felt like its own little village. Friendly atmosphere. About 20 mins on metro from Gare de nord. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Paris. The main staircase up to the rooms felt a tiny bit grubby.
