The room was too small, the water tank in the lobby ran on empty all the time. Even when we asked for it the lady at reception pretended not to understand us, mumbled away something and kept talking to her friend. I mean could it be possible not to understand someone asking for water? Asking this as someone who also works in hospitality and services. The staff lacked hospitality, let alone a smile or checking up on us to see if we needed anything, they didn’t even have the basic courtesy to say simple greetings such as welcome, good evening, see you soon etc. when we came in and went outside the hotel. Disappointed.
