Starting off with this only a few hundred feet away from the Vavin Metro station. When we walked in and we were greeted very nicely by the front desk. She handed us to walking masks really helped us out as well. We had a wonderful room on the top floor. That was exceptional space for family three. The bathroom in our hotel room came with two showers, two sinks and a separate water closet, which made it very easy for a family of three (which included a 15 YO) very easy to work around. We’re is a stacked by clean and well maintained. The air conditioning system worked well. And what I mean well I mean it doesn’t pump out like it does as an American AC unit however it worked very well for us. We did not eat breakfast downstairs however, when we went down there to grab our free coffee every morning, the breakfast did look very good. They offer a good amount of beer, wine, soda, and water to purchase if you’re so in wine. They have a wonderful front porch seating area if you’d like to sit outside as well. All in all, we were extremely happy with this hotel and will definitely stay there again. Nothing, we enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location with easy connections to everywhere you need to go. Metro just a few minutes walk, restaurants and shops but very quiet neighbourhood. Had a family room for 4 and was SO spacious compared to many other hotels in Paris & Europe in general. Huge bathroom which was great for 2 adults and 2 children. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable hotel in a great location with great connections to public transport for sightseeing and getting to and from Paris. Some excellent restaurants and brasseries nearby.

The staff were awesome, the AC was amazing even in the heat dome of 2026, beds were so comfortable, and location was GREAT!

Beds were comfy, espresso/coffee machine for mornings, lovely bathroom, and great AC during the heatwave with temps in the 100s. Location was very good, too. Montparnasse is full of shops, places to eat, and great metro access. This is picky but the cleaning solution they use in the lobby and hallways was pretty strong for me. I’m not usually that sensitive. It bothered one of my kids, too, but not my husband.

The location was close to the metro and some very good restaurants. Our room wasn't ready after check-in time however they have a nice room with refreshments to wait while they finished getting it ready.
