The property had excellent air conditioning, and given the heat wave at the time of our stay it was most welcomed. There was only two rooms on our floor (both of which we had occupied), which left our stay very private. The hotel was quiet and the staff were very amenable. We were granted but he earlier access and late departure at no extra cost. The location was perfect with many lovely places to dine nearby.

The stay was great, the hotel was clean and the staff very attentive and professional. The location is amazing and close to many metro/train stations. The elevator. Our room was on the side where the reception is and that elevator shakes and vibrates quite a bit. We took it once then used the stairs.

J'adore la décoration et le lit très confortable. Le personnel est charmant et prêt à vous aider. Le locale est ideal pour visiter le Louvre et pour manger bien et avoir l'accès au métro. La télé C'est un peu cher et il n'y avait pas le livre d'accueil que le site indique qu'il faut lire pour connaître le prix des produits du frigot et sur le comptoir. Jaime qu'il y a un petit frigot.

The proximity to the Louvre! The tight elevator, hallway, stairs and street noise. The carpet was dirty!

Front desk staff were so helpful and friendly! And the location was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. I love the towel warmer in the bathroom. The hotel made it easy to arrange transportation and knew how to guide me to where to buy a new phone charger when mine broke. The normal expected things when traveling in Europe - the room and bathroom are small. It was nice to have a closet, but my (admittedly large) suitcase didn't quite fit in it, so I was juggling where to put stuff.

Comfortable and spacious room. The bed and pillows were excellent. Free filtered water. Very nice staff. Good breakfast. The location is ideal to travel in Paris. Very short distance from Metro. Many great places to eat in the neibourhood. While the breakfast was very nice, with a lot of choices, it was not refilled well enough. We often ended up having to ask several time for refill. The room was quite warm and the AC didn't seem to be working/efficient.
