It was close to many things including the metro. The AC was great! Really helped with the heat wave during our stay. There was no fridge in the room nor coffee machine, you weren’t even able to use the coffee machine in the lobby (to buy coffee) unless you paid for the breakfast. They also had a lobby cat and thought it was cute, my husband has a cat allergy so he was congested at times.

Location and safe area; close to Coop for the supermarket; friendly staff and candy at check in Tiniest bathrooms; crumbs on edge of bunk beds; tiny elevator
-
Staff. And helping attitude Rooms are too small for the money
-
The staff and location Not at all worth the money. Tiny rooms and even smaller bathrooms. Some rooms need remodeling. Elevator is a bummer . Whichever floor you are we still have to carry the bags either up or down one level

The room was clean and easy to access, in a cool neighborhood that isn't touristy. The AC was also good! The room was TINY - basically a box with a toilet and shower and no doors to the bathroom. This was fine as I traveled alone and spent a single jetlagged night here, but it could be less comfortable for couples or extended stays.

Close to everything A little small room
-
The location is great! Everything was near It was a little bit cold and they didn’t turn on the heater

Good Location near Gare St Lazare . Le Batignolle area was a nice discovery . Its offers nice café, restaurants , parks and had a very nice vibe . Staff was very friendly and helpful . Room was nice and clean w AC. small inconvenient was our the location under the slanted roof - which made it difficult for tall person at night to move around on this side of the room.

Design is good. Clean. They have hotel cat!

Staff member at the desk tried to help We paid extra for a room with a balcony as it was my Birthday and Valentines, we had travelled from Dublin specifically for this. We were placed in a room with only a small window and not offered any form of reconciliation. Extremely upset with how they handled this.

I thought the reception staff were wonderful and helpful. I was given a recommendation for a restaurant, and it was very good. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would have liked someone to help me get my luggage into my room. This was the only thing I didn't like. I had to either take my luggage up one flight of stairs, or down 1/2 a flight of stairs (via lift).

Good location, near good restaurants and transportation. They didn’t have the suite I reserved and gave us two rooms, ok, just unexpected. Rooms are small.
-
Maybe it’s just Paris combined with the Easter holiday rush, but at over €170 per night I expected a bit more. The room was not soundproof at all despite what was mentioned on the website. I could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms, the corridor, and even outside. The breakfast selection was also quite limited.
-
Excellent location, nice decor and very friendly and professional staff. The size of the bathroom was quite small, no hand soap provided for the sink.
-
Great staff We have recommended it to others Needed sound proofing Shower area was v small
-
Door was left open by cleaners ALL day without locking it. Valuables and everything were left unsecured. Staff did not care and did not apologize.
-
The rooms are very small which I don’t mind but the bathroom door didn’t close properly and no lock and the first day the sheets were dirty!
-
the room is far too small, there not even the space to open the bag. There is not a toilet, in the sense that everything is in the room, which is not at all ideal.

The rooms were a bit small but still comfy. Couldn't figure out the thermostat so it was too hot at night...but also I didn't ask the reception staff for help with it - i"m sure they would have helped if I had asked. would have loved if there was a fridge to store food.
