Our stay at the hotel was wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, all the staff was beyond polite and willing to help, and overall we had a wonderful stay in the centre of the city. Would totally recommend and would love to return in the future!

The staff were so pleasant every time we spoke with them and the bed was super comfortable, maybe a little firm for some. The location was great for being pretty close to two subway lines and the Arc de Triomphe. It was a little unorthodox to leave the hotel key back at the front desk all the time when stepping out but it was super helpful to not need to worry about losing the key while out in the city. Unfortunately, there were a few things that were a bit lackluster. I think it's just a fact of trying to have a hotel in an older Paris property but the rooms are relatively small to most hotels. So just keep that in mind. Also, the showers are quite small to move around in, which might be an issue for some. And the Wi-Fi is pretty unusable most of the time. It's also worth highlighting that there's no elevator, which is really only an issue when carrying your bags up and down, but the staff let us know that they'd be happy to help bring them up for us.

Location I tried cancelling the booking but I couldn’t and then I tried changing the dates of my stay to cancel one night but booking tells me that the hotel declined the request and when I showed up to the hotel asking the receptionist if they could cancel one night, they told me that booking is the problem. The hotel service was very bad and the night was very uncomfortable, I couldn’t get any of my money back. Terrible experience with booking, I don’t know how the reviews for this hotel are amazing and I dont know how booking allows this.

The staff was very accommodating, plus there was always someone at the lobby to help out if necessary. The room, being on the 6th floor, had a decent view. The bed was comfy and the room had most of the basic necessities. Location was excellent, being an 8 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe, plus close to multiple metro stations/lines. Considering accommodation prices in Paris, this is a quite a good option for a weekend away. There was no elevator - very common in Parisian buildings, so may be a problem if staying for multiple days and/or with a lot of baggage. The cleanliness level was mediocre, especially upon arrival... No closet can be an issue - just a small rod to hang a few pieces. Not a very spacious room - 2 people wouldn't comfortably fit!

The staff was excellent and the room was incredibly clean. The walls were a little thin and you could hear the neighbors.

I absolutely LOVED the room. It was a very small, quaint, boutique hotel and I loved the vibe. It was very cosy, the staff knew all the guests and in general the hotel was absolutely amazing and JUST WHAT WE WANTED. We wanted to explore Paris and spend our time doing things and eating and drinking new things, NOT staying at a big corporate hotel with thousands of people. The place was small, felt like a big house and decorated to a superior standard. Much more my taste than a big corporate hotel anyway. We didn't have the breakfast on purpose, because we wanted to eat out all the time, which in my opinion is always best. Hotel breakfasts get super boring super quick, but thankfully there are is a brasserie which did petit dejeuner on each end of the street, within 1min walk! Hotel wifi was a bit hit and miss, but I don't care because I have an all inclusive data package which is ALWAYS better than wifi, I don't understand how people are such incredible cheapskates and don't just pay an extra £20 a month for worldwide unlimited data and rely on rubbish wifi... Even my wifi at home is terrible, it's never better than 5g, so use your brain and 5g! Everything was perfect for the price that I paid! Had I paid more I would have expected room service, a pool and breakfast, but I didn't and I was very pleased with the value for money.

The location was amazing. Super close to all the sites for a fraction of the usual cost. There is no elevator and the walls are thin.

Location Toilet cleaning

Very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was amazing, even better because I wasn't expecting it. I was able to watch the world cup in my room for free when everywhere else I had to pay for a subscription. I was not the one who made the reservation so I was not aware that I would be sharing the toilet. Other than that, the toilet was very clean and I never had any issues with it. It felt like I had it to myself because I never saw or heard others using it. I had my own shower and sink though which was great!
