The noise of the construction was terrible, also the clean of the room is not good and the staff of the night not kind

Location. Fairly central. Just 2-3 minutes walk from the bus stop, metro as well as the RER station, super convenient. Free coffee and snacks all day. Pretty cool. Slightly overpriced at about 250EUR per night.

Loved my first night in Paris, great location if you’re catching a cruise at the port!

I got the family apartment. The space was good, there’s microwave, coffee maker, plates, napkins, bathroom amenities and the bed was comfy. There’s a pizza place right beside the hotel with great pizza. The noise coming from the metro or train nearby. It is not loud, it happens that I’m a light sleeper.

Standard The WC is small, no hanget and no wastafel and is separate from bathroom.

Staff was very courteous and respectful and helpful. Kudos to your staff. Bathroom design. No glass door, so splashes water all over the floor everytime we shower, even we just aim shower at the corner tryin so hard avoiding splashes outside

+ Fast hot water + Free WiFi (though slow and disconnects constantly) + Location near mall and metro entrances + Friendly staff (though inexperienced) - Room phone doesn't work, can't contact room service or reception - Shower with no privacy and open to the room which has its AC constantly on - At one point we were locked out of our rooms for almost an hour, because the corridor door locked our wing, and staff didn't know how to unlock it - Rooms are too tight, and dimensions are not as advertised, we could barely stand or have space for our luggage - Though we were on high floor, and windows always closed, somehow flies found their way into the rooms - Bed sheets always dirty and had hair in it - Carpets seem to have not been vacuumed in months - Don't leave stuff out, even invaluable items, House keeping will throw it out, and management won't help or compensate - Rooms are NOT sound proo (wooden floors constantly cracking and you hear every step above you, loud other rooms door slamming that shakes our room, very thin walls) - One day there was drilling sounds throughout the afternoon By the 3rd day, we couldn't take it and were looking for alternatives hotels, as this experience was becoming unbearable.

During the night I was sweating under the blanket because I felt like the heater was too hot

Everything is good. We had a good stay There’s no toilet door

The rooms & locations was really nice along with the hotel and staff. I would defiantly stay here again and wish I booked another night Unfortunately when we was about to make up the sofa bed for my son there was a bottle of lube in the bed . The staff fixed the problem and changed our rooms which was much appreciated so overall didn’t affect our stay at all
