I'm disappointed with the hotel. First, reality doesn't match the photos, then they charged my clients extra amounts, claimed they would refund it, but unfortunately they didn't, they don't respond to emails and hang up calls. The hotel was close to transport networks, shopping amenities and sightseeing places. The balcony was an added bonus which was thoroughly enjoyed both in the morning and at night to wind down from a busy day of sightseeing. The hotel staff were all friendly and patient, communication was great from all staff who explained everything in detail and helped with any queries. A great stay was had by all. The shower was rather small and felt claustrophobic, when the bathroom floor was wet from the shower it became rather slippy and the shower mat became quite wet and no use.

The hotel is located near to some important places and is close to bus and metro station. The room itself is small, the elevator only fits 2 people with some luggage. If you have more luggage you need to do multiple trips. Found out there was no bath gel in the washroom so I requested it but never got one. And I was staying there for 3 days so that's a pity. Wifi is also not the fastest in the rooms. Also good to note is that car parking is not private and not at the site but close. We spent 76 euros for 2 days.

Friendly staff and brilliant location, but disappointing experience The hotel was in a brilliant location and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which were definite positives. Unfortunately, our stay was let down by finding a mouse in our room. At around 12:30am, we had to leave our room and move to another room on the 4th floor, which was particularly difficult as we were travelling with our 4-year-old child. Having to pack up and move rooms in the middle of the night was very stressful and not the experience we had expected. I appreciate that the staff did their best to resolve the situation, and the location and friendliness of the hotel were great. I was told I’d get an email and some compensation but haven’t heard from the hotel which is disappointing.

Location was good, 10 mins from Montmartre, staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet Breakfast looked good but we didn’t take it. Good value for family of 5 in quintuplet room. Good for short stay (1-2 nights) Facilities need attention. One window didn’t open, air conditioning not working well, lift broke down.

The location The Noise insulation is not good, it is noisy when other guest coming back late on the stair and open the door

It was a clean little space. We liked the comfort and it's being close to trains. It has a beautiful walkable neighborhood. Dont forget to walk around while you are there.

Only localization. A host of unpleasant issues: the cleaning was very poorly done—we found hair on the floor, a dirty rag and grime under the beds, and old, foul-smelling towels; the room reeked of cigarette smoke; the minibar was broken; and the air conditioner was old and weak—all in 40-degree heat. To top it off, the elevator was out of service at times; in fact, when checking out in the middle of the night, we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. A horrible place with an absurd price tag.
