The staff was very welcoming and kind. Even tho the room was small, it was very cozy and clean and the bed was really comfortable. Only thing I can think of is that the shower was very small, but it wasn’t a major problem.

The lobby smells like cigarettes and the shower is so small I could barely fit and I am a petite woman!

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and not too warm with the air conditioning. I was a bit confused by the breakfast layout , wasn't sure what to do.

location is very good and easy to reach and find room size is very small very hard for 2 adults to stay , very old elevator that is pretty small maximum 3 adults with no luggage ,also between rooms corridors were pretty hot and not air inlet anywhere , breakfast wasn't too good no much variety and not the best quality for items , so expensive for all those conditions

The comfortability of the room. And close to transport. The breakfast lacks a bit of variety. The cleaning staff comes in your room before checkout, which is not nice.

We visited during the heatwave and it had air condition in the room (and the bathroom) plus in the reception. The staff in the reception and in the breakfast room was super kind and helpful! I am speechless with their behaviour. They never cleaned our room in a 5 day stay. We asked repeatedly and their response was that we did not turn the "clean" sign (but we did and we took photo of it for proof). The room was way too small
