Family of 3 from the states. It was a charming little hotel within 5 minute walk to the Louvre. Plenty of restaurants and very close to train and bus stations. Would stay there again. Not sure I didn't like it because it gave distinct charm but the "lift" was really only for 1 with luggage or 2 without. More of an awareness statement than like/dislike.

We stayed for 3 nights in room 12 and had an enjoyable experience. The hotel is in an excellent location near the Louvre and within walking distance to most major Paris attractions, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was quiet and clean with basic amenities. Overall, the hotel is excellent for the value of. Wish we had a better view

Location and staff Not too clean and I don’t know if someone took my bracelet on the side table or what but surely it was a fine hotel

The location was perfect. This area is wonderful for everything.
-
The elevator was small and barely fit 2 people, but we were staying on the 3rd floor, so it wasn’t a major issue
-
The rooms are cramped. The lift is pathetic, from the Iron age or stone age, can take just one person. If you have bags you just cant have bags and person traveling in the lift.
-
The location is a football field walk to the louvre… eateries and other Parisian sights are there Modest price not fancy but we stay non fancy and eat well elsewhere

Space expectation should be mineral. The room was small. The elevator elevator definitely a one person elevator with limited luggage space kind of fun. They did not have safe deposit boxes in the room however they had a secured locked system to which you had your own key don’t expect shower caps or toiletry amenities. It was quiet, which was terrific for sleeping or taking a break..

Close location to louvre and metro

Great location, walking distance to Louvre, metro and bus. Lots of cafes close by. Next to viral ramen place. It is older and rooms are small.
-
Great location, air conditioned
-
Location and cleanliness. Room tight but still a great value.
-
shower did not drain properly, even after bringing it to the attention of staff.
-
Great location to many amenities. Staff was excellent All good
-
It's simple but has everything you need and a wonderful staff. A breakfast of pastries and coffee is offered at an additional price. It's a step back in time, charming with all the modern conveniences.

Staff members were very kind and helpful. The room was very clean. The location of the hotel in the "1er arrondissement" is perfect for everyone who needs to stay in the center of Paris. A further additional positive point is the nearby underground station "Palais Royal Musée du Louvre", served by the line 1.
-
On rainy days it was noisy due to the rain drop on the roof.

Perfect stay in Paris — the hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the Louvre and close to cafés, restaurants, and the metro. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to explore central Paris easily.

The staff is rude and impatient, and breakfast has few options
