Best location, super friendly staff, professional services

Location was good The air conditioning was not working so a big noisy machine was left in the tiny room. We could not sleep with the noise from it. We booked this room understanding that there was central air conditioning. I’m very disappointed that we were not informed of the situation. Will not recommend or stay here again.

The location Very tiny room, the rooms are not sound isolated so any sound outside is heard even the tap water in the next room

Great location. Right near the 14 train line. And easy walk to most places of interest Room pretty small
-
Easy to get to with quick access to metro. AC during the heatwave was EXCEPTIONAL. Water pressure was wonderful. We had no view whatsoever. The rooms were not well appointed. The bed was huge leaving little space to walk or to store suitcases.

A lovely boutique hotel, close to the Louvre. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again when next in Paris. Nothing
-
The location only and nothing else Room size , lift size and corridors size were too small and un functional

THERE WAS NOTHING TO LIKE. BREAKFAST WAS NOTHING SPECIAL, BUT ACCEPTABLE. THE STAFF ARE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. A BARE MINIMUM SMALL OUTDATED ROOM, PART OF A BIGGER ROOM DIVIDED INTO 2 ROOMS. HARDLY ANY SPACE TO MOVE. OLD FURNITURE. AIRCONDITION DOES NOT WORK AND WE WERE GIVEN A SMALL FAN. IT WAS USELESS.OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE WAS OVER 30'. NOISE FROM OUTSIDE ALL NIGHT AND EARLY MORNING. DEFINATELY NOT SOUNDPROOF. CONSIDERING THE PRICE WE PAID, I EXPECTED MUCH MUCH BETTER. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Good quiet location in the centre and helpful / pleasant staff. The en suite although a decent size was very dated. Also there were no plug sockets by the bed. The carpet and decor needs an update.

Helpful staff, all day cake & coffee in reception, quiet yet convenient location. 10 mins walk to Louvre, 30 mins walk to Notre Dame. Room was small & congested. Minimal clothes storage. Internal view despite being told we'd had an upgrade.

The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the city—just a ten-minute stroll from most of the iconic attractions, and only two minutes away from streets where you can find absolutely everything: from everyday essentials and grocery shops to restaurants, cafés, and more. Considering such a central location, the fact that our room was on the smaller side hardly mattered and didn’t take away from the overall experience. Despite its size, the room was thoughtfully arranged and well-equipped with everything we needed: bedside tables, European-style sockets, a small table with cups and glasses, a kettle, a refrigerator, a clothes rack, and a secure safe. The bathroom, though compact, had a shower, toilet, sink and a hairdryer. The room also featured two windows, which brought natural light and made the space feel more open. A lovely added touch was the large mirror by the bed—definitely appreciated (especially from a girl’s perspective!). The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and even though we spent most of our time out exploring, we always slept deeply and peacefully. Each day, the housekeeping staff carefully tidied the room, replenishing the complimentary tea, coffee, and cream sachets, emptying the bins, and making the bed to a pristine, hotel-standard finish. It was always a pleasure to return to such a neat and impeccably arranged space. The hotel also has a lift, which made getting around easy, and the staff were consistently polite and professional. Everything—from check-in to check-out—was smooth and seamless. As this was our first visit to Paris, staying here left us with a genuinely positive impression of the city and made the whole experience feel even more special. Thank you!

It was small and very quiet. In some rooms the bathroom on the lower floor and the bedroom one floor up. The house is very narrow, so the only solution to place the bathroom. But not convenient.
