The location is excellent. The rooms are tastefully furnished and the hotel itself is charming. The beds are comfortable. Some of the younger staff were pleasant, others not very helpful in resolving issues. My bathroom was dated. The carpet in the room had not been vacuumed properly before my arrival and was full of crumbs and threads. The high and tight access to a small bathtub would have been very difficult for an elderly person to manage without high risk of slippage. The sink was cracked. The room I was given on the ground floor had almost no natural light - something one would not expect when paying very high rates. My access key did not work one night - and I could not get into my room for 30 minutes despite the front desk intervening with spare key. Apparently this was not a new occurrence. No apologies from hotel management at all the next day.

It was in a pet good location and the room and lobby were very clean. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet overnight. The tiny circular staircase wasn’t easy to get our luggage up. The bathtub/shower was an awkwardly large step in/out.

Very clean and comfortable! Had everything I needed and staff were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t like that there was no deadbolt/latch or way to lock the door from the inside. As a solo female traveller this did not make me feel as safe as I otherwise would have felt had there been a lock inside. I was walked in on by staff one morning.

The location was great. It was a cute little hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms were nice and clean. Very comfortable bed. I didn't give the complete rate for my stay because unfortunately the parking listed as part of the hotel was misleading. The parking is listed as one of the amenities but when I got there I was sent to a public parking which I had to pay separately. This should be stated when you book so its not a surprise and extra costs when you get there. I did say this to the staff but it was like "its normal" to pay parking separately.

Hard to say. Everything was exceptional. Maybe if they could consider changing the shower door to a sliding door to open. It would be more space and be more convenient. A minor issue

Nice, clean, comfortable and good size room. Room was quiet as it looked out onto the inner courtyard. Reception staff pleasant. Pity the air con was not working as it was very humid in the room especially after using the shower
