Very nice, but the pictures let you understand that rooms where bigger, but it’s all very smaller They did not have a cradle for baby’s.

The location is very convenient, very close to the Champs-Élysées, the 24/7 check-in is useful, especially if you arrive late, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room looked reasonably clean at first glance, but the duvets were dirty, which was quite unpleasant. Also, despite the hotel advertising soundproof rooms, there was basically no soundproofing at all. I could hear almost everything from outside, as if the window was open. Traffic, people and other noises were very easy to hear during the night. Another thing I was not happy about was the €200 deposit requested at check-in. This was not clearly mentioned when I made the reservation, so it came as an unpleasant surprise. The biggest problem, however, was the room I was given. My Booking.com reservation specifically stated that I had booked a room with a balcony, but I was given a room without one. On top of that, the room was located right next to the kitchen and a shared bathroom. Every time someone used the bathroom, I could clearly hear the noise from my room. And the toilet in the room was probably the strangest thing. It was not actually in the bathroom. It was in a tiny separate space that was basically just as wide as the toilet itself. If you are claustrophobic, this would be a serious problem. I asked to change the room that same evening. Unfortunately, the room was not changed until the next morning, so I had to spend the entire first night in that room.

Location is fabulous, staff is very friendly, polite, and supportive. Rooms are clean and cozy. This was my second stay here. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was great. The staff was SO nice and accommodating; we had to add on an extra night and they were able to keep us in our same room without a problem. They Dyson fan in the room was WONDERFUL since the air conditioning in France is never very strong. We were SO grateful for such a great fan.
